Something has happened to this Hardees in the last year. This location is not far from my home and I pass it on my work. It used to be consistently busy in the mornings because the service was just so top notch. The drive thru personnel was always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. In and out in short order with a correct order, a thank you and a smile. Everyone working together inside was in to it. THAT is NOT how it is now, and I think the lack of morning traffic shows that people have already realized this issue. I just went in there for the second time this month, and again, could not hardly understand the attendant that does not know how to speak clearly or professionally. I had to repeat my simple order for 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, three times. No Pleases, and thank yous, just a "pull around" directive. With only one car in front of me, I was there for seven minutes. As I was sitting at the pick-up window, two workers were just casually walking around as if there was no sense of urgency. The drive thru attendant did nothing more than just take my card and lean on the console and stare out the window. After a couple more minutes, one of the other workers handed her my order and she just passed it through the window to me. No exit pleasantries were spoken. Idk if he was high or what so I asked for my receipt and the manager Phyllis came storming out and informed me I would get it at the end of my order. I said I just wanted to review it because the guy who took my order seemed confused. So she ripped it off the wall and threw it at me and stood there with her little hand on her hip while I looked it over. Ugh so then I waited at least 20 minutes they're still scrambling to put my food together and the cashier that took my order was mopping and then came over WITHOUT washing his hands and was touching all over my food not to mention when I asked for my son's tenders to be fresh they tried to throw some stale one on the tray that were there when I got into the restaurant. Totally horrid experience I won't be back and from what I've heard they are infested with cock roaches so if I was you I wouldn't eat here either. The chicken Sammie's had no lettuce, tomatoe, cheese or bacon and he never received his peach shake. I never received my order. After asking for my order three times I then proceeded to go in. They gave my order to another patron who brought it inside and tried to give it to me. That's a food safety violation. I requested fresh food. While asking for my food I continued to ask for my son's missing milkshake. After asking for the 5th time once inside, I was told they are out of icecream. they Did not offer a refund, but I had to request one. The food we did receive after a total of 30 minutes consisted of incorrectly made sandwiches, burnt tenders, unseasoned fries, and a soda that was flat due to needing to be changed.
