I went there today to get two pizzas I ordered on my app. Once I got home I saw my order was incorrect. I tried to call the store several times (21 times) but it kept ringing and going to voicemail. I was stuck returning to the store with the incorrect pizza. I told the man who said he was a manager that the pizza was wrong and he said they could remake it or refund me. I told him I am spending my night sitting here waiting for the pizza to be made a second time feel I should be given a refund along with the correct order. He said he couldn’t give me a pizza and the refund, so I waited in the store for the next pizza. Afterwards he brought the pizza back out, thankfully I checked before I left because the pizza was wrong AGAIN! I told him it was still the wrong pizza. He said he didn’t hear me right. I told him I tried to ask him if he needed me to tell him what was supposed to be on the pizza but he just walked away. I asked if I could get a refund and a new pizza again since now I am waiting a third time for my pizza again he said no… He said if the it were their fault then he could call his boss and ask if he could do both but they aren’t at fault. I told him the correct order and showed that the receipt showed the correct order, but he said that their machine showed something else…But that wasn’t there fault that the machine printed out my order wrong. He didn’t feel that this warranted any correction on their end instead of making the right pizza or refunding me. At this time it has been over an hour since I submitted my order and I just needed to get food home to my family. Totally disappointed that this franchise doesn’t care about their customers or doesn’t feel that they are at wrong when they have faulty equipment printing them the wrong orders or phones that do not work. Read moreI placed an order at this store using Door Dash to deliver it. One of the pizza's that were a part of the 3 pizza order was not included. I spoke with the door dash delivery just to make sure she didn't possibly forget the pizza in her car. She advised that the store handed her the order so the forgot it. I called the store numerous times and did not receive an answer only a recording. Which means I had to leave my home to go to this location to speak with someone to resolve the issue. When I made the young lady aware of the error. She had the pizza made. I asked o speak with a manager due I felt I should have been compensated for my time to come there to inform them of their error and wait for the error to be fixed. I asked to speak with a manager. A young gentleman came to the counter area. I advised him that I should be compensated he asks me so do you want the pizza? I responded with a yes he said then I can offer you a brownie. I should have been given that item for free due to the fact that I used door dash to have it delivered which means I had no intentions of going to the physical location to place my order and it was an inconvenience to me as a customer that they did not answer their phone and if I used door dash again I would have had to pay for the order again because no one would answer their phone. Read moreI ordered my food and had it delivered. However, When I received my order, they forgot some items. After speaking with the delivery man, he stated the store didn't give it to him. So who is responsible for this? Is it the delivery man's responsibility to check the order when he picks the food up or the store to ensure all items in the order are ready for pick up by the delivery man? I called the store and they stated that they were busy and that if I wanted my items, that I should drive all the way to the store and get it. So I paid the service fee and the delivery charge just to be told that if I wanted my items that I would need to go to the store to get it. The so called Manager "Brandy" then told me that this was basically my only option or that I could come get the items next time when i come to the store.
