To start, as far as the restaurant itself, the establishment was clean, spacious and had a great sports bar environment. This eatery had pool tables and many TVs with sports which kept us entertained. However, these things sometimes don't outweigh other short comings. Next, the food! The food was great, but their proportions are pretty small compared to their pricing and MANY other places we've eaten, even while on vacation. I submitted a picture of the Cheese Curds (awesome!). I received 2 small tacos with Mahi for $14.99 (I expected 3 and menu didn't state how many) and then I was charged $3.50 for onion rings that were suppose to be my side with meal but wasn't an upcharge on menu. My wife received the same meal and size and my son's meal was wings so his size meal doesn't count. I would consider their dinner size that of lunch proportions. The fountain drinks were $3.25, and another drink they sell for kids with a cheap plastic $0.75 shark in it cost $5.00 (sprite with a little blue raz in it). The desserts were way undersized and overpriced as well. My son wanted a fudge brownie with ice cream etc, but was delivered a small underwhelming dessert that he finished in a mere few bites, but the dessert was $8.99. In conclusion, I have rated this restaurant a 3 out of 5 due to the fact of their proportion verse price ratio seemed lacking for my taste. Again, the food was good, but not their price for the sizes. With a family, I'd recommend some place else unless this is a must eat place due to time and convenience. At the end of the meal, I spent $96 ($80 bill and $16 tip) for 3 people to eat and not be full and we are not BIG eaters. To say the least I expected more from an established restaurant like this but received far less. Good luck and hope your experience is better if you decide to go.

We got to dine out on the patio and although it was a little chilly out once we got seated we couldn’t tell ! The service was amazing, everyone was very attentive and willing to help even if they were not our server. My family sure enjoyed themselves. If you go try out the patio !

We had some local NAVY Sailors recommend this place for good food and atmosphere. I was not hungry when we stopped, but my family was ready to eat. We started with an appetizer of fried pickles that were sliced and battered to a great crunch with awesome flavor. We had chicken/cheese stuffed quesadilla, chicken wrap and Philli-steak sandwich. We were each pleased with the flavor and size of serving at a fair price. I make a lot of different dishes at home and try to make the BEST, so I usually have high expectations and am very critical. I had the Philli-steak sandwich that was nearly a foot long with awesome bread and great seasoning on tender meat. It comes with one side, so I got the garlic green beans that had wonderful flavor. Even though I had not been hungry at the beginning, the flavor kept me wanting more and I did not want to set it down. My plate was spotless before we left. They have a large selection of adult beverages from craft beers and mixed drinks. I tried the Mango wheat beer and was pleasanly impressed with the flavor. There are several pool tables and many large tv's to watch your sporting events. This is a "sports bar" so it might be a little noisy, as expected in a sports bar. Average meal is in the $15-20 and is a good sizeable amount of food. The service was good and employees were all pleasant. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I will be back the next time I'm in the area. These sailors knew what they were talking about when they recommended this place.

Would not recommend. We were a party of 8 (5 children 3 adults) dinning in on a Thursday night. We were told it would be a 45 minutes wait to be seated so we occupied the kids in the poorly climate controlled gaming area that had busboys/girls regularly cutting through. After waiting 45 minutes and not being seated we repositioned ourselves back at the host station to check on our status. There were no other parties that had arrived around the same time as us still waiting for seating. The host disposition said, “we forgot all about you!”. His mouth said, “We're clearing a table for you”. Upon being seated we were assigned Jessica as our server and she was training Morgan. Neither of these ladies cut the mustard. I requested kids meals right away since they were VERY hungry after the long wait. Instead we received them with our other food. The service received was poor. We were rarely tended to. Had to beg other wait staff for to go boxes. We had two separate checks for our table placed into separate check holders. When they were returned they were mixed up and incorrectly charged. I found the food to be average, service sub par and the establishment dingy. We were the only table offering racial diversity among the guests and crowd facing staff but I'm incredibly cautious when using the "cuz I'm black" phrase. I don't want to attribute that as the reason we received bad service. Possibly it was because our wait staff knew they would automatically receive 20% gratuity because of the size of our party. I understand being busy but when you have the extra hands of a trainee allow them space to greet, round and...

First time at Shorebreak today and it was really good. My 5 stars for service is 100% biased as it was my daughter :) but it was a nice place. Now when I say nice, it's a sports bar :) so keep that in mind.

We sat outside at a fireplace table. That was very cool. Nice atmosphere out there even with Shore Drive being right there. It was not distracting and with the privacy walls and TVs you wouldn't really even know.

Food was really good. We didn't eat pizzas but they looked legit. I almost changed my order when I saw those pizzas, for real.

We had: Farmhouse Burger - well cooked (medium to medium rare) and well seasoned. Burger was BIG. Fries on the side and they were great.

Wings - they were well received by my boys so that's a plus

Steak Salad - this was "OK". It was fresh, a decent size, the zesty ranch was good. The steak was fair. It's steak on a salad, not Byrd and Baldwin brothers. It was fair enough and good portions. There was none leftover, let's just say that.

Fried Pickles - Sooooo Gooood I wish there were a little more of these, honestly. They were very tasty ( and so was the pickle with my burger for that matter).

All in all, biased aside, I would definately go back again and again want to sit outside by a fireplace table! Would be a lot of fun with a group of friends. I think they sit 9 people or so.

If you are looking for a decent place, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed I don't think :) Staff was very friendly when we entered. We were seated right away. Overall this was a...
