I enjoy a good cup of tea but will admit I am not as educated when it comes to tea as others. That being said, I really enjoy the variety and quality at Quintins. I have been in many times, always different times of day and the week, and have always received great customer service. They do sell more than tea such as cups, packaged food to go with tea, travel mugs, and have a tea room where you can sit to enjoy a pot or cup of tea. I have lots of different types of tea (thanks to Quintins) that I can enjoy and I feel that the taste/quality is much better than what you get at a grocery store. I must say, I also appreciate that they create a profile for you as a customer in their system and save the teas you buy. I had someone give me some tea from another store that they thought I might like and when I was almost out, I brought the bag to Quintins. With the list of ingredientss on the bag, they recreated the tea for me which I now buy often as it is my husband and I's favorite. Welcome to a small refreshing taste of Quintin's tea imporium. This shop is a locally owned tea shop that carries a large variety of green, black, white, fruit, & herbal teas. The shop owners are always welcoming and invite you to browse + smell a wall of delicious flavors. Each wall is broken to styles of tea lined with mini glass bulb jars that are labeled with flavors and ingredients.

If you are looking for a particular flavor or ailment support the staff will share with you a variety of flavors. They have a great selection of tea pots, mugs, tea canisters, and cookies to delight your eyes.

The prices are well with every penny and 2-4ozs are a great suggested starting size. They will freshly pack the loose teas and bag them nicely for you. They also have a parlor room where you can relax a spell, bring a book, and savor over a warm cup of freshly brewed tea served right at your fingertips.

Mixed feelings. I have had some wonderful experiences and some very poor experiences. Had my friend meet me there for the first time on Monday evening. I spoke so highly of Qunitins and ended up being helped by a rude employee. Questioned things my friend said to the point where I apologized for the poor experience. Then I went online today to order since I am limited on time but did not want to order the full 4oz so I decided to call ahead. I knew there was no rushing in and out so I thought it was best for them to prepare my small order in advance. When I called I got questioned as to why I was calling ahead if I was coming in the store. Obviously it was the same lady from the other day. It does not matter why I am calling ahead but I am limited on time and truly did not want to deal with her attitude.
