Not to be a Karen but this was sorta messed up. So, my mom is super hungry so I take her to get food. The total was 15 dollars for a double pretzel burger, small fries, a small Diet Coke, and a bottle of water. As I look at the screen it says 10 piece nugget and iced tea or something was added. I told the woman at the second window about this and she says it just does that. ???. It just does that. Cool. She then says she is too short to get my moms water bottle down from the drink machine or something. Which I don’t understand why you didn’t ask another team member for help? So she gives me back the card, with no receipt. She didn’t ask me if I wanted it or not. So I take the card back and she says “oh I can give you water in a cup instead”. My mom tells me okay but I know it’s not okay with her and we take it anyway. Water is free, and I’m sure the bottled water that I just paid for and don’t have the receipt to, isn’t free. So I was charged for a water bottle that I didn’t receive because of laziness. I get it. I worked retail for a long time, but if a customer pays for something they should get it or a refund. I get our drinks and bag of food and pull off. Mom goes through the bag, my junior bacon cheeseburger is not in the bag. How annoying. I go around and pull up to the window and tell her I didn’t receive my item. “Oh here it is” she says wrapping it up in paper. Dude thanks for doing your job well. Your work ethic will really take you far. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today. I don’t know why these two Wendy’s in this area are awful. Someone really needs to do their job here and actually manage and lead their employees so this doesn’t happen. Poor management. You can do better. Okay, rant over thanks for coming to my TED talk. Peace and love. P.S. My mom didn’t drink that water and when she went to pour it out, the...
Read moreRead moreTERRIBLE!!!!! I went with my sisters after it got late and there was no dinner when I woke up from a nap. I went through the drive through at 10pm. Ordering was the most difficult I’ve ver experienced. This worker misheard me, wouldn’t understand me, barely talked to me, was not listening to what I was saying at all. I was not acknowledged. I had to ask for a receipt. No one made eye contact when I pulled up to the window. The wait time wasn’t good. It sounded like the kitchen staff and the cashiers were verbally fighting. Lots of attitude and disrespect was observed in the building. It’s like I wasn’t even present waiting for food I paid for. There was NO customer service. My sister was missing her sauces and the food wasn’t even warm. Terrible terrible experience. I’ll likely never return. I’ve never been treated like that from a stranger especially NOT a service worker. I work in retail myself and it was just so rude the way I didn’t exist and was spoken/not spoken too. Blunt and careless. Hate thi...
This place can really be the middle of the road sometimes, it's not the best Wendy's not the worst either, but some things they can do, clean the dinning room better and replace the "Grass print Plexiglas" that boarder the dinning room, fix your TV , pay the employees worth a damn so they can do a better job at making sure the order doesn't get screwed up and train them to listen to the customers. Sometimes the food is spot on, but keep the oil fresh for fries and nuggets. I am tired of seeing them a deeper brown then they should't be. Clean off the screen to your 1000's of ways to drink your soda often. It looks like a child with greasy fingers walks in and plays Tetras on it. Keep your ice tea dated and dump it when it is past its hold time, especially Sweet Tea. AND PLEASE clean the tables off more. Other wise there are some really good people there and some awesome food comes out of that place just keep up with it...
