I should have read about this place before I went. My daughter invited friends to the house and they decided to eat wendys, I personally never went before because I'm not a fast food eater. The cashier was a young girl who for me was no more than 16 years old, from the beginning she had a bad attitude, at the time of ordering, every time she did not understand what I was asking, she answered with a ... uhhh .... there was a request in the order of mountain dew, which she didn’t deign to tell me that there was not, when I returned to ask for a change if I had to pay the difference I would, but all the time she was ignoring me, I know the reason her mother and a battalion of brothers were there, I had to call her attention raising my voice a little and tell her that she didn't warn me about the product, instead of asking what I want, she repeated to me a couple of times I'll give your money back, she just didn't want to listen to me, obviously the mother started yelling at me along with an employee who came out of nowhere, to tell me that I was doing a big thing for something so small that everyone knows they don't have that product. hello not all of us eat your food not all of us are familiar with your menu. The worst of all this was the part of the girl's mother yelling and the crazy employee, in the first place I wasn't yelling but if I had to look up to defend myself, I could have said many things but I didn't. They have to remember that their salary comes from what we clients pay, and family members should not be allowed to make this kind of scandal, well, what can be expected from most of the people who work there, low-class people, there is a clear example of the daughter's behavior, a reflection of the mother's behavior. watch out...
Read moreI don't think I have ever experienced such poor service at a drive-thru before. So I hear the young lady verbally berating someone inside the restaurant with her, over the speaker before asking me for my order, also the first young lady got apparently frustrated/annoyed that I was not done with my order told me to hold on then a few moments later another female picked up where she left off on the speaker. Then we weren't told the chocolate frosty machine wasn't freezing when we placed our order only to get to the window with the employees having forgotten that part of our order while a female and a male proceeded to talk about whom I assume to be a new manager coming from another store and whom does and does not like her (yes that how blatant the disregard that we were still at the window was, that I picked up on that part of the conversation). A young man whom was scratching his clearly irritated neck then prepared the vanilla frosties in place of the non functioning chocolate ones. Meanwhile the female whom was initially helping me at the window turned her back to the window to continue her conversation with a non-working male employee about the person I mentioned earlier and what store they came from. Also I was asked to back up my car to reset the timer for this young lady at the window.... O and the line was excessively long when we pulled up. I'm all for patience with food service workers especially since the height of the pandemic but this was a horrible experience and I probably won't visit this location for...
Read moreJust ordered a drink from there. No thank you’s. No smiles. As few words as possible. I get up to window and guy asks if I ordered the large chili. I said no, I ordered a Dr. Pepper. He rolls his eyes and walks away. He comes back and asks if I ordered the Diet Coke. As he reaches for my payment. I said that’s not what I ordered. He corrected himself and took my payment. No apology, no thank you, no nothing. I pull to next window. They are all talking loud, all obviously messing up orders. I wait patiently for my very difficult order of one drink. It’s sitting on the counter and the lid isn’t even on properly. She tries to hand it to me and I ask if she would fix the lid. She shuts the window as she does this yells at another employee who messed up another order. She then opens window again and hands me the drink. She’s about to close the window when I have to stop her to ask for a straw. No words ever came out of her mouth to me. It looks very dirty, no one in there has made an attempt to look professional. It was chaos. I know it’s hard to get people to work nowadays. But come on Wendy’s … take some pride in your name or just shut down this location. Or have we all lowered...
