&pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

We recently moved to the Woodbridge area and we were so excited to find out there was an & pizza down the street! The place looked clean and wasn’t very busy… GREAT! As soon as we got to the counter to start ordering all three employees that were behind the bar kept talking while ignoring us. All good, we ordered our food. The guy named Jose had a snobby attitude for no reason since we walked into the store. He didn’t greet us at the counter to pay for our food, I ordered a drink and he proceeded to fill up his red plastic cup with soda rolling his eyes and then he filled mine. My brothers pizza was coming out next and he had such an attitude that he dropped rn he pizza…. Didn’t say a single word to us and told the other girl to cook another pizza. I asked for a side of blue cheese crumbles and again he rolled his eyes and walked away to put the blue cheese crumbles in a container. I’m not one to write reviews but I couldn’t even enjoy my food from the rudeness and snobbiness of Jose. After our second pizza was done, my brother asked for a side of honey as he tossed it at him across the counter…. When I asked the other girl working for the managers name she told me… IT WAS JOSE!!!! I was taken back like how is the manager so rude to everyone. So Jose walks back around to see what we’re talking about and I asked him if we had done anything to him because he was so rude to us. He smirked amd said I treat everyone equally and rolled his eyes again and walked away. I’m complaining because we spend so much money to eat good and get good customer service and everything about Jose made this experience horrible. Nobody like that should hold a manager or lead...

I had to wait 25 minutes in line and then when I got to the counter, they could not locate the gluten free pie. Then they had no chicken or spinach. Then I talked with a guy that was suppose to be the manager "Melvin" you can tell he did not know what he was doing, They had a lady walk from the back all the way to the soda machine flipping her hair around putting it in a ponytail then reached in the ice ben to get ice for a drink then walked back to the back. Melvin, the so called manager never came to the front to help get the line down or sent anyone up tp help. He told me that they had other work to do. They did not fill the items that was empty to serve the customers. He said well this is how it is done, I tried to call to corporate office in DC got nothing but a VM and still no return call. Then I tried to call back to the Woodbridge office to speak with the store manager but the number listed does not work. I love &Pizza but for this location to just open and it provides this poor service, I will continue to go to Springfield to get good service, and good pizza where they always have what you need to make a good...

For the past 1.5 years I have gone to this location with my family a few time, but today will be my last. So, Employee #1 was preparing the customers in front of me 3 pizza's and chaged his gloves between each pizza he prepared. When it was my turn to place my order Employee #2 steps up with clean gloves and prepares my order. Soon after Employee #2 applied the cheese to my pizza Employee #1 steps up with a irritated look on his face and places his unchanged gloved hands on my pizza. I asked him not to touch my pizza with his unchanged gloves from the previous customers pizza. He tells me he didn't apply meat to thier order. I let him know that I noticed him change his gloves between each of their pizza's and I would like him to change his gloves when he make mine as well. He continued to say he didn't put meat on their pizza as he walked off. I have received much better customer service at this location in the past. Quality of pizza 👍🏾 Quality of customer...
