This is by far the worst Chik Fil A I have ever been to. I have visited here 5 different times of the day on 5 different days. The service is completely unreliable and unpredictable on whether your order is right or made correctly. The staff appears to not care when an order is incorrect or when you address an issue to them. I am willing to look past an error here and there but this has happened on multiple occasions during breakfast, lunch, and dinner time. My first big issue is employees taking several tables limiting the amount of customers to sit in the restaurant. I counted 13 employees at one time taking up four tables being ridiculously loud to where my daughter wanted to leave because it was too loud. There must have been an entire shift of employees taking up tables at one point. If the employees are are going to eat during their lunch break they either need to designate an employee eating section or they need to leave the restaurant. My second biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing to where the self opening feature would not work and trash was falling on the floor. I brought this up to one of the managers and I felt like there was no care at all in keeping the restaurant clean. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. There was food, crumbs, and liquids on the floor. My third biggest issue is the designated employee parking in the parking lot. Blocking off spots for the employees is ridiculous because the parking lot is already small enough to begin with. Having an employee parking section limits the ability for food delivery to the customer and parking for those who eat inside. It is ridiculous and rude to the customer because it makes the drive thru lines obnoxiously longer than they need to be. When I have gone through the drive through I have waited a minimum of 30 minutes and this is not during rush hour or lunch time. I live just 4 minutes from this Chik Fil A and I will now drive out of my way to avoid spending my money, time, along with its service and how it conducts its business to customers unless there is a serious overhaul in management and/or employees. Some form of financial compensation needs to be allocated because I am not the only customer that has addressed this. Before thinking about visiting this Chik Fil A take a look at the reviews and try to avoid...
Read moreI’m highly disappointed in the service of CFA and that is not something usually said and this company. My family and I went here for dinner one evening, the service and food was horrible. It was 9pm when my family and I entered the drive thru to order our meals, the person taking the order volume was really low and she kept asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times. After reciting our order four times we finally got to the person who took our payment, after paying we get what looks like out order. Before exiting the drive they line we check the order to see that we were missing our three order of fries, straws and sauce. We loop back around because the main entrance was closed, sit back in the long line, informed the teller what were were missing and instructed to tell the front window so they can fix our order. When we got to the window you could clearly see the staff was unorganized and confused by all of the orders. The employees took several minutes explaining to another team member that our order was missing fries and he decides to say he remember giving us two bags, which was correct. One contained 4 sandwiches and cheese sauce while the smaller bag contained a fruit cup, the was not a bag with our FRIES! He was barking to the young girl outside of the window to tell us what he was saying when we could clearly hear him. The girl then takes our order and attempted to give it to a car next to us only for them to tell her that was not their order. The frustration with the whole experience was taking a toll and I asked the boy with all the attitude if he was the manager, which he was not. I asked for the manager and he continued to talk as if he was the manager on shift. Finally, I demanded to speak to the manager or get a refund. He finally shuts up from talking and asked us to come to the from and the manager would come speak with me. Natalie the manager came out and I explained the whole ordeal served with poor customer service and that all we wanted was our order correct. She apologized and get our fries at 9:45pm... it took 45 minutes to fix a simple error. If you are expecting great customer service that you would normally have at any other location, avoid this one. Corporate needs to reevaluate the staff that they’re hiring if they want to keep a good...
Read moreDear Chick-fil-A @ 2425 Prince William Pkwy Woodbridge, VA I am writing to inform you that our family will no longer be patrons of your store location until your play area is reopened. The last several times we have come into your location for a family dinner my children have looked forward to playing in your play area only to be completely disappointed because it is still closed. You were once our location of choice to get dinner and give the kids some play time. In our home Chick-fil-A was lovingly called Moo Moos because of the cow logo my eldest started calling it that and it stuck. You hold fond memories for us and it was very hard during the pandemic when we were no longer allowed to eat inside. Then as the store reopened inside dining, we have continued to wait for the ever-loved play place to open yet all this time later it is still closed. My daughter this last visit asked me a very good question. “Why is their play area closed but when we go to Mc Donald’s their play place is open?” Considering my 3-year-old’s questions and observations I asked the team member at the register, “why is the play area closed still and when will it be open?” The response that was given was we don’t know why its still closed and we don’t think they will open it again. I would like to encourage this store to evaluate why they are keeping the play area closed? These play spaces provide a great service to the families of your local community. On your website is says “At Chick-fil-A®, we love serving others – both in and outside our restaurants. From supporting local charities to hosting school spirit nights, Chick-fil-A® restaurants are committed to giving back in ways that are most meaningful to our customers and our communities.” I have highlighted some sections of your community statement that do not line up with the poor choice to keep the play areas closed. I want to share with you that it would be very meaningful to allow your patrons which are usually families to use the play place once again inside the store. Please reopen it. Make it a community event if you’d like. But allow our children to enjoy a family dinner out once again with some great playtime. Sincerely, a very...
