Ordered five pizzas on Tuesday, 2/6 for pickup for an event that was held on Friday, 2/9. I went to the restaraunt on 2/6 and ordered in person. I mentioned at the time that I was ordering several days in advance, because it was important that they be able to have the pizzas ready for me to pick up at 11:30am that Friday morning. I called at 10am on Friday morning, just to verify that they had my order. The woman said that yes, they do have the order, and yes, it would be ready at 11:30am. I got to the restaraunt at 11:20am, just to ensure that the pizza order was going to be ready, as promised. When I got there, I was greeted by mayhem. There had to be 15 people looking to check out or pick up take out orders. Several people were frantically trying to make pizzas, as others were starting to yell at the store manager or owner, who kept telling people that their pizza would be ready “in 5 minutes, in 5 minutes ... don’t worry.” I heard that for about 30 minutes, until I too started to inquire about where my pizzas were. He said “5 minutes, 5 minutes ... here, see!” Then he opened the oven ... “one, two, three, four, five” ... as he pointed to the pizzas that he claimed were part of my order. About 10 minutes after that, I saw two of those be taken out of the oven, cut, boxed and given to someone else, who was bitching louder than I. This happened several more times, until about 12:15pm (55 minutes after arriving to pick up an order that I placed three days prior). That’s when I walked out, looked up the number for the nearest Little Caesar’s, called in the order, and it was ready to be picked up before I drove the 3 miles to pick it up. It also cost me 1/3 of what I would have paid Anna’s. I have eaten at Anna’s countless times, and the food is really good. The service in the place is also good. But the take out is absolutely horrendous. DO NOT expect that your take out order will be ready anytime close to when you need it. And DO NOT expect that you will be treated well by the manager/owner. I think that I will find another pizza place. And I certainly can understand that things get busy. But someone should have known that taking so many take out orders that were supposed to be ready at the same time was an formula for failure. And they failed me, and the several other individuals who walked out to look for...

We went there as a group yesterday for lunch during a break from our gaming tournament at the store next door. We had an hour and 15 minutes.
Me and a few others got they gyro, and it took over 50 minutes for it to come out. Before it came out several people that worked there kept being shocked we hadn’t gotten our food yet, blamed it on the cook being slow, and said they’ll go check on it and see if it’s ready.
When we got the gyros much much later they were ice cold. They had definitely been sitting out for a long time because the pita got very hard despite being a soft pita. They offered to heat it up in the microwave for me but I wanted the pita hot and the meat hot, not the lettuce/tomato/tatziki sauce. The fries were also ice cold so I do not believe they actually checked on the food like they constantly told us they would.
They kept offering me free beer but I don’t drink alcohol and about 15 minutes after we got our cold food and struggled to eat it they brought us 1 plate of warm fries to try to make up for it. I was also told they’d make it right at the register for me.
When I went to check out they asked me what I had to drink and they said they’d comp it for me but all I had was water and they said there was nothing else I could do.
I didn’t give a tip and the woman handling the bill scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when she saw that.
Don’t come here if you want hot food in a remotely timely fashion. We play at that store a lot and these tournaments are becoming a regular occurrence so they just lost a lot of would-be...
Read moreI was debating whether or not to do this because maybe it wasn't my race but.. the atmosphere was not right. For context I'm a black woman mid twenties.... ordering the food when calling.. the lady wasn't the most pleasant person but that didn't bother me we all have bad days. When I arrived to pick up and walked in nobody acknowledged me which would've been fine but literally right behind me a white man walked in and he was greeted with a pleasant "hi sir how are you"
