Im not sure how y'all support businesses like this. I don't care how good the food is. Im not paying money if the customer service is trash. Not only did I call 2xs and no answer I went in. Liiisten I have NEVER had someone get so irrational and irate over a question. I asked if they use dairy or egg in their batter. The male taking the orders asked me several times to repeat myself which I had no issues with. Then the woman came from the back and she got loud and said "I dont know, I'm not going to sale to you, I make my own breading but I don't know".... my goodness. Ma'am I need you to work on your attitude because that was uncalled for and unprofessional. I said thank you and walked out....

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited in line for more than 20 minutes before I reached the counter and she screamed, Only cash! Go to Wawa…umm-kay a sign on the door, wall, menu, website would have been appreciated. So I drive to Wawa and get cash and come back to place our large order. She’s nasty because I expressed that a cash only sign would be appreciated. She walks away after only taking one of my orders and goes back into the kitchen. When you can't close the box you know its Real! This was a hidden secret gem 💎 untill she moved to this new location in Newport News near Walmart. (O. G. customers know where this store was before she moved) but the food is still good and the owner is still fiesty! Still good people.
