I have come here 3 times. I have to say they have been consistent with the food quality. It has been great so far. I have been keto for 3 years and it can be difficult at times to find something that I can eat. I have had there omelettes, which taste great and not over cooked. If it is brown, that is not a good quality made omelette unless you specifically ask for that. Their omelette toppings are mostly keto. I really enjoy their coffee and they were very accomodating and provided me heavy cream. Most places tell you they don't have cream and only half and half. I always have a salad with my meals and that is very good too. I usually get the mixed salad. Every time I have been there, I enjoy a cup of their French onion soup with no bread, just the soup with the cheeses (gruyere and parmesan). I have also had their scrambled platter and they allow me to choose keto options. My family enjoys their desserts and I asked the waitress if there was any way they could accomodate me since I cannot eat any of their desserts. She came out with a wine glass with mixed berries and whipped heavy cream for me. I was very appreciative and it made my day. The only thing I noticed was that when it gets very busy, you need to get their attention sometimes for refills. Aside from that, I have to say that I am very happy that we found a great...
Read moreWe arrived at the establishment an hour before closing time(verified by Google and the sign posted on the window), only to be greeted by a locked door. I could see people milling around inside, so I knocked on the door. After some time, a young girl came and opened the door, informing us that they were closed. I said that the hours listed show that the business should still be open at this time. She replied that she was in fact the manager, and that the "owner" said that they could close an hour early. There was no sign posted on the door to inform customers of this sudden and unexpected change in hours, and we were looking forward to trying the desserts. The girl seemed like a typical entitled American millenial, completely unconcerned and oblivious to the fact that we drove out of our way to try their products. All she cared about was closing up shop so she could go out and party with her vapid friends. She showed no empathy or concern for the fact that she had made zero effort to put up a sign informing potential customers why the business was closed early. Her expression was one of total disdain, her behavior incredibly inconsiderate and rude. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Don't support businesses who are actively hostile to their potential customers. Pass this place by and head straight to...
Read moreWhile our waitress was very nice, the prices here were absolutely outrageous. It cost us over $130 for THREE people to eat (two of which were children). No alcohol was even ordered. My son got shrimp alfredo with extra shrimp and when we got our food, there were only 7 shrimp in his meal. His meal costs just shy of $40 alone as we were charged $10 for non-existent extra shrimp. We asked the waitress about this and while she ultimately removed the charge, she initially gave us some fake excuse that they charge half of their shrimp cocktail price (which costs $20) when someone orders extra shrimp. Almost $40 for 7 shrimp and some noodles. Without ordering extra shriml, would he have only been given 3 or 4? No wonder this restaurant, which was originally called the Desserterie had to rebrand itself. I can't imagine that this place will be around for very long charging outrageous prices like this. After all was said and done, we were treated very rudely by the lady who first took us to our table, when we accidentally left our debit card in the billfold. This included her snapping the debit card into my hand and rolling her eyes as she walked away. Highly recommend...
