Please update your drive thru hours. 10 pm is incorrect it's 8:56 pm. Drove from Bon Secour Hospital with department order and coupon only valid the 14th and 15th. CLOSED. Delivery also says 10 pm. It is just like a owner to blame a customer when their operational hours are incorrect. How long have you been closing at 9 pm? It is simple to update your hours so patrons can plan better. Having been the youngest General Manager of a major restaurant chain here in Virginia in the late 80`s it was my responsibility to inform the customer of any changes. Since we did not have tools such as the internet I would communicate by hanging signs at the register and/or marquee. I did not allow my staff to breakdown early in case we got last minute customers. If a customer was in line when we closed whether inside or the drive thru we would honor their orders even if we had to cook the item to order. One of the items that was ordered was a beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and added the liquid cheese they advised us at the adding cheese would be extra (like a $1.19 or something)which I was fine with when we received her order I was shocked at the amount of cheese that was put on the fries it didn't even cover six french fries, the bottom part of the bun on my beef and cheddar was hard as a rock I ended up throwing that part away. We ordered a small curly fry for my daughter and when we pulled it out the bag the fry container had busted so the fries went everywhere and they were cold to top it off. I haven't been to Arby's in a long time but have always considered them to be a high-end fast food with quality food and great service we were not pleased at all with our food at all. Read moreWalked into this Arby’s prepared to be disappointed as fast food restaurants are not usually up to par but this Arby’s did not disappoint! I was met by Abigail at the register and Nick rung us up. Polite and fast. Nick made a suggestion for the chicken pecan salad as I am on a particular diet my husband ordered a roast beef sandwich. My husband loved his sandwich which is his go to. The salad was amazing! I highly recommend that salad. The restaurant is extremely clean and my disappointment is always with bathrooms but these were super clean and I’m glad because it always grossed me out to go in a filthy bathroom and go back to eat. I was pleasantly surprised as I had never been to this Arby’s on Midlothian Turnpike. After awhile Nick came around made sure we were enjoying our food and if we needed anything, such a polite young man.
