When I spend money 🤑 At Arby's?!! I want my food (hot not cold)! My curly fries were cold. My beef & cheddar was lukewarm. It doesn't matter if they're not busy or not! Or, Time of day? Customer want consistency regardless! So! I guess They gave me what was sitting out that got cold because they want to save on food costs they don't want to waste food so you're going to give me full price food?? Been sitting there that's cold? And Yes, I worked at Arby's back in the 80s (Mr Ripp) Signed My paycheck many times! I know the back line! Front line like the back of my hand! That food had been sitting! Yes, I was a 6 night front line closer at Arby's near Willow lawn on Broad Street in the 80s. Ok? But... We were starving!! So! We just went on!... Service was quick in & out. We didn't sit there & dine! Because? if I was sitting in there I would have brought the food back!!! 🙄 Maybe? Today, I went to eat a late lunch. I noticed that NONE of the employees are masked. Not one.
I asked the young woman if every employee was vaccinated. Nope.
So, in the middle of a pandemic, with a highly contagious varient of Covid-19, and many breakthrough cases, this restaurant has cooks and servers (most teenagers) handling and serving food.
I, sadly but confidently, walked out.
I will not do business with a place showing not enough regard for customers to offer the basic safety measure of wearing a mask.

Read moreI ordered my fries online before I went into the store, then went in to order because the app didn't have the 2for 6 deal. Got my sandwich quickly. As I watch 10 orders of fries go out the window and in the lobby for people that ordered after me. I asked whare are my fries. The told me 4 minutes. The fries finished cooking, and again the fries went to drive through and lobby. Had to wait another 4 minutes. As the expedite was handing my fries to other people, he looks at me and says sorry. He did that 4 times. Really. I have frozen stuff in my car and need to get home. But I was forced to wait an additional 10 minutes for fries. They should be dropping 3 baskets at a time for the dinner rush. Why? Just why? If you need an employee that is reliable and has a little common sense....
