One of the best Arby's locations my wife and I have been to. Very clean in the restaurant. We ordered online and the receipt gave an ETA of 5 minutes. We had ordered quite a bit of food and historically Arby's as a chain can be a little touch and go with getting food out quickly which is fine and for the most part usually worth it as it usually comes out hot and fresh. I gave them an extra 10 minutes to get all of our food ready as again it was quite a bit. The cashier kindly asked me if I was waiting on an order and I said yes, which is already a good sign that they acknowledge that you are there and let me know it would be just a few minutes longer which was understandable, the drive through started to pile up as soon as I walked in. I had forgotten to order fries and asked if I could pay them after the fact, she threw them in for free since I had been waiting a little longer than usual.
My big takeaway is I felt attended to and taken care of even when I wouldn't blame them for being a little behind due to being busy. Another satisfied customer, will definitely come back to this location in the future!
Side note: only down side to this location is an unfortunate placement of one of the customer entry/exit doors located essentially on the drive-thru right next to the drive-thru window so it can be quite dangerous if you are not careful as they only open out to the drive-thru. Again, nothing on the staff at this location, just poor planning of the building...
Read moreNovember 12th placed an order at this Arby’s, door dash delivers. I receive the kids meal I ordered, the chicken tenders with drink. Then I ordered a brisket sandwich meal. I only received the drink. I ended up with 2 completely different receipts. The food we did receive looked gross and from the day before. One person sick and my son wouldn’t even touch the fries. Corporate is next. Absolutely ridiculous you can’t even get food made right anymore. Also y’all charged me 40 dollars for 21 dollars worth of food and no one can do anything right. WILL NEVER GO TO ARBYS AGAIN and to think back in the day that was my favorite spot to go to and to see what it’s like today is an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT.
