Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

I would like to share my experience with this Arby's and the cashier named Lisa I don't know her last name but I would like to thank her. My friend had placed an Uber order and put in the incorrect address and he's a disabled guy and he was really upset about not getting his order so he thought so I called Arby's and Lisa answered the phone and she helped with it and passed the information on to the Uber so that he could get his meal I really want to thank her for that cuz most people are not that kind anymore nor would have taken the time to take down the information phone number and address and I want to thank you for that Lisa very awesome. I wish that everybody had the kindness that this lady did I cannot thank her enough once again for that and that kindness is free of charge and it is so awesome.. and it looks beautiful on that lady I know it doesn't I've never met her in my life but her heart is amazing and Arby's you are lucky to have Lisa That's all I can say.. but my friend Wesley...

I have no complaints about the food whatsoever. The lady that was working there seemed nice enough. We were discussing the recent hurricane and the new one coming and she started talking all kinds of weird stuff. Talking about the lithium mining in North Carolina and saying that they were putting lithium in the vaccines and it was the mark of the beast. All kinds of wild stuff. She told me I needed to repent because I got a vaccine. I was appalled. Look. Everyone has opinions and thoughts and that's fine. I just came in this establishment to get something to eat. That's all. I don't need or want to hear your opinions or agenda. Please realize that is all people expect when they come in your restaurant. We will be very hesitant to come back in here to eat. So, at first I had no problem with this Arbys, only went a couple of times and then I went last week and tried to get 2 jalapeño roast beef sliders with nacho cheese instead of Swiss, was very specific, no Swiss. Well I got the sliders, got back to my office, and they were the regular sliders (with Swiss!) with a side container of nacho cheese. I went back to correct my order, got back to the office AGAIN (I know, I should’ve checked before I left), and now I had jalapeño sliders with nacho cheese, and NO jalapeños. So, wrong again, this time I called and spoke with Jaquan, he wrote my name down for free sliders next time I came due to the trouble. I went back today to get my free sliders, well they finally got them right, BUT, now there was HAIR in the nacho cheese. The only reason this review is 2 star instead of 1 is because some of the staff really did seem to try and help the situation, but I still will not be going...
