I am a pregnant mom. I just dropped my children off to school when I wanted my FAVORITE Bojangles! I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS do but noticed the price was much higher than usual. The nice young lady at the window said she was new and asked me to pull up. After waiting for 10 minutes, which I did not mind because i drive 1hour to get this food so whats ten more minutes, Someone brought me my food and I noticed the extra charge. I drove back to the window where the Manager Brandy told me I need to hand her everything I had though the window. NOW, I have 11 Kids, 4 which are Sick right now. I told her it is not sanitary that I had these things in my car for over 10 minutes to give them to her thru a drive thru window. I worked with food and KNOW that's not sanitary. She told me she does that all the time and it's no problem. I was MORTIFIED. I said well that doesn't sound sanitary and she proceeded to yell at me saying give me the food so u can get your money back. 😏 I never asked for my money back. I was hungry AND pregnant and drove an HOUR just for this. She said fine u just sit there and slammed the window shut on me. I shrugged and said I drove over and hour so I can wait. BRANDY then comes back to the window and hands me money in my hand and says "you are lucky someone wants to pay for your food, now u can just sit there" and slammed the window AGAIN not listening to what I was trying to say. So I sat patiently again. If u ever had Bojangles I promise it was worth the wait.... anyway. A nice third lady came to the window and BRANDY ran over and slammed the window on her yelling at her for trying to help me. The lady looked helpless then walked away with a jester with her hands up.... i actually felt bad for her because Brandy should not have done that to her. APPARENTLY she called the police and said I refused to leave. I told the officer she told me to stay there and the officer apologized on her behalf because she was being nasty then told me Brandy wants me banned from the property. That was her right so i agreed that as a business she can say that. BUT she went about that the complete wrong way and I hope she doesn't speak for Bojangles because me and my children are devastated by her actions. Especially when she was treated with respect and she did not care to be protected from whatever germs my little ones have. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect AND to be safe. I Hope Brandy is corrected in this matter so nobody else has to go though what my family is put through. I ended up not eating and wasted...
Read morebeing disabled, I have to catch rides with others ... this location is the closest once I recently moved ... go to drive thru, maybe once a week when out ... after 3 trips getting the wrong order, I called the manager and was told to return and they would 'make it right' ... I explained I don't drive and had no way to get back, so was told to write his name, Dashaun, on my receipt and bring it in next time I could get there and he would replace the meal ... one week later I returned, went inside, waited 15 mins. behind 2 other customers to get waited on ... Dashaun wasn't there and the 3 employees who were hovering at the one register had no idea what was going on ... their only response once I explained was "Dashaun' is not here'! Finally another manager was called and okay-ed replacing the meal (chicken tenders), I waited another 8 mins. to get the meal ... 1st issue was they didn't have the right size box and crammed the chicken in a smaller box, placing the potato container on its side ... had to ask for the drink that was clearly noted on the receipt as part of the meal ... then as I was finally ready to leave, the gal who prepared the meal told me to open the box, taste the chicken to make sure it was ok because she didn't know how long it had been sitting there and if it was old, she could cook more ... had already been standing there over 20 mins with my ride waiting outside so I didn't have time to wait longer ... if they thought the chicken was bad, why serve it to a customer who was there because of a previous problem??? Called customer service number on both occasions and nothing has been done to compensate me for my time and trouble ... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS POORLY RUN LOCATION ... employees obviously can't take and get orders correct, you wait long amounts of time to get your order and they do not care about the quality of...

The first young lady tried to press the lid on the container when making a side of pintos and the container bent and liquids from the pintos splashed on the counter and on her hand. She licked her hand to soothe the heat burn and wiped her hand with a paper towel. She preceded to finish putting the dripping lid on the bent container. I asked her to wash her hands as I had to explain why. She graciously washed her hands. She asked the second young lady beside her if she should make a new one. That young lady probably a shift leader, or floor monitor walks over and begins wiping the pinto liquids off the inside of the lid. I told her she could make a new one because the container was bent. She poured the same pintos in a new container. When I placed my order with the first young lady I asked for a half gallon of sweet tea and as she placed the order over the intercom she said unsweetened tea. I corrected her and she announced the correction. As the second young lady gave me my order I asked if the tea was sweet and she said yes. It even had a S scribbled on the top. When I got home it was unsweetened and dark as black coffee. That's it for me. I cannot tolerate Trifling service. I went on the inside because my husband was afraid to trust the drive thru where they throw anything at you. You hate to see people unemployed but you cannot be Trifling in...
