El Arriero Mexican Food Midlothian — Restaurant in Virginia

Manager is acting stupid, i manage a restaurant/bar myself and im glad im not as stupid as she is, i mean we both came stranger to this country but im not that stupidy i try to understand every scenario as managing as restaurant. Charging us regular price on small cup margarita as they promoted for $2.00 and end up paying them $5.25 is a huge descripancy. Im not coming back to this place and i never will recommend this. I know this pandemic crisis has end up hiring incompetent people specially restaurant owners. But i wont tolerate such stupidity. This is jus STUPID and i dont want her to be misunderstood with americans. It would hurt her as a lady. I tried to explain and be nice. She just kinda laugh and said "no its only until 8:30" they could have posted it on thier signage as STRICTLY UNTIL 8:30pm. We could have gone somewhereelse. PS: im not being cheap because i worked in the same industry. I actually try to be nicer than actually she could have encountered with someoneelse....

This place isn’t worth going too. I came in about 1400hrs there was some people at one table eating. Then there was me. I ordered my food. As I sitting down waiting for my food for about 30mins. Then it finally comes out. The waitress gave me my food and scurried away very quickly. So now I’m sitting there with my food then I realize I don’t have any utensils to eat it with. I waited 15mins then she came back to ask up Quesadilla how was everything. I said that I didn’t kno you left without giving me utensils to eat with. Then I told her that my tortilla wasn’t cooked on both sides, you left off the cheese and there. Was no sour cream. When I opened the quesadilla it looked strange like where is the beef, chicken & shrimps at. I just asked for my money back see pictures. Let remind you that this is supposed to be a large quesadilla not a small one. I won’t be dining here...

Just stopped in for a quick lunch and luckily it was taco Tuesday ($1 tacos) I've seen quite a few places do $1 tacos, and understandably so might skimp a bit on the taco, whether quality or quantity, but not this place. The tacos were excellent. And since they were so cheap we decided to indulge a bit and get some churos for dessert, and so glad we did because they were fantastic. Now I fear I'll never be able to leave there without getting churos again, they were that good. Not to mention the lady who greeted us was very friendly, and she was also our server. She was very attentive and super nice, asking us about our 10 month old daughter who was with us, and who will undoubtedly be eating churos in another year or so from this place. 5-stars, two thumbs-up, all that. Our new favorite...
