Buffalo Philly's — Restaurant in Virginia

This place has incredible food and amazing service. I have had the pleasure of tasting a few of their diverse menu and each time I have been pleasantly surprised. Most recently, I tried their Lamb Gyro. For start they let me customize it to my liking. I wanted it spicy and juicy and that was how I got it. It was so delicious that I couldn’t believe the place was anything but a high class restaurant but instead it is considered a fast food chain. I also came away awed by their service. The manager and cashiers went above and beyond being patient with my requests since they were usually unusually customized. They were prepared to wait and serve me. For me if service is good any food tastes as good. I wish there is a way google lets you rate more than 5 stars and rate each aspect of the offerings separately. I guess we going to have to wait for google to update to that level. Moreover, their menu is vast and the extensive and I could see myself visiting and trying everything with every possible combinations. I suspect this place will turn me into a hippie foodie. Thank you guys!

My sister and I are from Richmond, stopped in for lunch on our way out of town. Hands down, the BEST, Freshest cheesesteak we have ever had!!! First impression waking in I immediately thought to myself “wow this place is spotless, so nice and clean”. Never been here we didn’t know what to expect, after I took the first bite I knew this was the most delicious steak and cheese… and it’s so hard finding a great delicious steak and a cheese! The bread was so fluffy but perfectly toasted and coke to find out their bread is delivered fresh from no other then Philadelphia! I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed, you will be ranting and raving about how amazing it is! The whole time all my sister and I could talk about while eating these sandwiches was how good and delicious it tasted! Lol THANK YOU fir making our day so much better with this amazing steak and cheese! Will be back...

First we ordered a combo(12"sub, 12 wings, fries, 2 sodas for $30.99. Our order had no sub. We immediately called the store to tell them doordash delivered our food but missing the sub they said "its nothing we can do about it, take it up with doordash" first guy hung the phone up. We called back then a young female answered "very nasty/rude" said same thing & hung up again. We called back asking why she's being rude. She says I packed 3 containers myself. However, the driver only picked up 2 containers which u clearly see on the pic so who's wrong here? If you slow down, pay attention instead of being rude to your paying customers then maybe you would've realized "you messed up the order" not door dash. You ask for a manager get all kind of excuses...absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional. Long story short "we never got our sub" even after offering to come...
