We ordered Uber eats and chose pick up as the option. Upon arrival in the drive thru, Jasmine very RUDELY and dismissively told us our food had already been picked up. When we inquired as to how that could be possible she combatively told us there was nothing she could do and we should go. We asked further questions and were met with silence. We pulled around to the front and Maurice met us with a kind and gracious demeanor. Soon after, Anthony came and listened to our problem and attempted to resolve it immediately. Jasmine remained inside exhibiting a very DISGUSTING attitude, further antagonizing an already tense situation. After a very long wait, Anthony returned with our order and apologies for inconvenience. Jasmine not only never apologized or showed remorse, she remained indignant and disrespectful through our wait. As a business owner and a first time patron of Captain D’s I say with great emphasis that Jasmine SHOULD NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE in any capacity and I will never patronize this restaurant ever again. Read moreI went to Captain D's today and my experience is one that's probably going to be my last time going there. The young lady working carryout charge the wrong order on my debit card. I told her it wasn't my order. She said she refunded the money, than charged another wrong order on my debit card.. This time it was $25.77. Once again I let her know that the order wasn't mine. She had to do another refund. Finally she said she didn't have my order and asked Baked Tapilia, bake potatoe and green beans was my order. I replied yes and she changed me for that and told me to pull up front. I pulled up and waited for about 10 minutes then went inside to speak to the manager. I asked twice to the speak with a manager. The young lady behind the line called him Marvin. The manager replied he was busy and had a lot of order to get out. My mom ordered the fish and chicken that comes with a drink, the cashier ( Jaida )got the order wrong I feel she would have gotten it correct if she stayed off her phone 📱! When they brought the food to us and found out that it was wrong they were rude and still did not give her a drink. While eating I observed both girls the cashier and drive through girl on their phones. The trash needed to be empty, the dishes needed to be collected and neither of them could take their eyes off their phones to do so. I asked for butter and cocktail sauce and she said she would bring it and I never saw it. I would understand if they were actually working or if it was extremely busy but neither of the two was the case. I have eaten here multiple times but I don't know if I would come back.
