The reason for the one star is simply so I can leave one. I can assure you they deserve none. My work partner and I are in the area with work. We are fire inspectors, doing several jobs ranging from Winchester all the way down to VA beach. We got to our hotel across from Chili's and went to eat. When we got there, the waitress, carrisalyn, came and addressed us about how there were 2 guys on Sunday night that came in, looked like us, ordered the same beer, and caused a huge scene. Throwing up in the restaurant and being very obnoxious. Remind you, we made the trip from North Carolina on Monday morning. Weren't even in the same state the night of this occurance she claimed we were the ones of causing. She actually commented at one point she wasn't going to serve us due to this. We thought we had assured her it wasn't us. She began to joke saying how we were much nicer than the other guys so it couldn't have been us. We ofcl course joked back. As we were leaving, she brings us our check and begins to bless us out. Saying how, "we made up a good story to make her think we weren't the guys from the other night" and "she's offended that we said we were Marines, cause her boyfriend is" which makes absolute no sense to us. We never claimed to be Marines? But okay. We tried to apologize for the confusion but she continued to be very rude saying we were disrespectful. Keep in mind, we were NOT the people she thought we were. We get the manager out thereto explain the situation. I actually even pull up my bank statements online from Sunday (the night of the occurance) and show him I was in my town of residence (in North Carolina) didn't owe him that but wanted to prove I wasn't in the same state, let alone the same restaurant when these other guys were there. He apologized on her behalf, never heard anything from her. I have their corporate contact info and will be pursuing this. Very unprofessional work there, by unprofessional people apparently. Sorry we look like someone else who caused trouble in your restaurant. Sorry we drink the same beer (Miller lite) I'm sure we aren't the only ones who drink that beer. Sorry you don't have sense enough to get the names of the people who actually did this. Sorry you jump to conclusions and make yourself look completely ignorant and rude. Sorry you lost a customer over your selfish actions and extreme lack of judgement. Hope it was all worth it. Hope and pray you realize one day it truly wasn't us who caused these problema for you. Our first experience in April, my wife had to wait over 2 hours (not exaggerating) for two meals and an appetizer. After checking in through the app and waited in a take-out spot for almost an hour. After another hour of being told it would be ready shortly, waiting on one item, it’s being prepared, my wife eventually just asked for a refund. They said a refund would take a few days to process, which was fine. She was also offered what was prepared, which seemed like the food that had been prepared over an hour prior. My wife was also told to expect a call or email for follow-up but never received one.
Tuesday, we ordered some chicken crispers and a hamburger. While it didn’t take long, they brought out the wrong order which I didn’t notice until I got home (10 minutes away). My wife called and the employee who answered didn’t seem to know how to handle the issue, so we were transferred to manager John. John offered a refund or to come to pick up the order that had been sitting, my wife expressed frustration over going to have to grab now cold food (10 minutes home + 10 minutes back + 10 minutes home again + 5-10 minute exchange). She opted for me to go back. While they did make the correct order and had me check it before leaving, service wasn’t positive during the experience.

Read moreI will admit it has been more than 2 years since we have visited because the service was truly going downhill. But after last nights visit I will say WOW! what an improvement. First off, we arrived pretty late for dinner (a time we never come in) but we just came back from a day at the theme parks and were starving. We were greeted for seating by the manager, he was really on top of things, ensuring seating was cleaned and set and ready before we got to our table. The waitress we had was SUPER, I'd say service we've had before the staff were not friendly or looked happy to be there, total difference last night. We were served our drinks quickly. Received our Triple Dipper appetizer quickly and our dinner arrived in good timing, simply right before appetizers were done. Food came nice and hot--ordered Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers w/street corn and fries; Kids chicken pasta with salad (fresh greens;) ; Kids chicken crispers with salad; Kids grilled chicken with broccoli; chicken bacon ranch quesadillas; and Fajitas--all which were more flavorful than previous times ordered. And like I said everything came hot! Ordered my birthday dessert (with my rewards voucher) to go because we were stuffed but our waitress was quick and efficient. Even for a few sweet teas to- go!
