Updated review - Well, rating was lowered because of burnt rice and more. I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas. They brought me chicken only fajita, I had to tell them they forgot the shrimp. Not really an issue, mistakes happen. Minutes later I get the shrimp. They are tiny shrimp that you would find in a Chinese eggroll, basically less than bite size. Most fajita dishes I have eaten the meat is cooked with the onions and peppers to give the meat the favor. Well this was like they took a chicken breast for another dish, sliced it up and put it on top of the onions and peppers. The chicken had a totally different taste, again like it was for some other chicken dish. Shrimp was basically tasteless due to the size but it didn't have the fajita flavor either. But now on to the real issue. The rice was charred which sent the burnt taste to the pepper and onions. I had 2 bites of the rice and if you ever tasted burnt food you know how bad it had to taste. I told my server the rice was burnt and showed her it. It ok a sort of ok, yeah I could careless it's burnt. I point out it charred, Her response was would you like another thing of rice. NO because the rest of my dish had char flavor. She really could careless, even when I pointed out to her that I'm paying full price for burnt food. She could careless. Well I paid it and as I got to the host stand I requested a manager. I wanted the number to make a complaint about the food. The manage offered to give me a credit on my credit card but at this point it was too late I had enough and just basically told myself We will never go there again. The manager is about the only thing I will give 5 stars to. He is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. He wanted to make it right. He tried multiple times to offer to refund some of the bill. If the server would have stated to management that I received burnt (CHARRED) rice and offered me even a 1 percent discount I would have said thank you and accepted it. But the server did not give a SH... well you know... So now I just wanted to leave. I didn't stop there to get discounted food. It's not about the price, I stopped there to enjoy a nice dinner. We will never go back there again. We have been there about 10 times now and 3 times everything was fine. The other 7 well!!!? Again, I want to praise the manager for trying hard to make it right.
OLD REVIEW ----Went here 3 times a year ago and said I'd never return. Service was poor, hostess what one? Extremely long waits as if we were never there. 20 minutes plus... manager claiming he can fix it, what can he do... nothing this place needs to close down. Well because of a Christmas gift card we went back... A year later I must say the new? manager has the place working like it should, instant greeting from the host/hostess, server spot on and making sure everything is ok. Food was great. I will be back again and I never thought I would being inside that...
Read moreI ordered my food over the phone. I had specific details for my order due to Digestionional diseases and being lactose intolerant. I ordered three "3 for me specials" smasher burgers. Two without cheese. No sauces & requested all veggies on the side in (either individual baggies, containers or wrapped in some form of kitchen wrap) I had an hour drive and didn't want the burgers soggy. I went in and was greeted by a gentleman who was extremely discombobulated! I noticed he was over his head with to go orders. I waited my turn as he tended to other customers. He asked me my order, and I told him the name and order. He searched the computer. Nothing! He went to the kitchen. NOTHING! He came back and apologized and asked if I wanted to reorder, that he'd make sure it would be a priority to be done asap! I said, "No worries." I gave him my order again. Afterwards, he disappeared into the kitchen. Came back out to reassure me it was being taken care of as soon as possible! Knowing it was a Friday night. The To Go ordering was busy, and the restaurant was busy. I took that into consideration. After half an hour, I asked the gentleman how much longer because it was getting late and I couldn't drive at night. Could he please go check to see how much longer it was going to take. He did. He came back out and said it was going to take ten or fifteen more minutes. By this point, I was quite upset! I asked to speak to a manager. I had seen other "To Go" orders being taken at the door and receive their food in a timely manner! I asked him, "What is the problem? They had given my order away to another customer. Again, I asked you speak to the manager. He once again disappeared into the kitchen. Came back with food. (No discount was offered. No offer to add a appetizer or dessert) I've worked in the food industry for thirty years and either one of those offers are standard.) I looked in the bag and it had three burger meals. I saw the veggies on the side wrapped in plastic. I thought FINALLY and thanked him and left. Got all the way home and only one burger was without cheese. There was sauces on the top bun (which made them soggy after a hour drive) There was only seven French fries with the meals. There was also no chips and salsa. This meal costed almost $40. I was at the restaurant over an hour with three upsetting situations with my order and still didn't get everything I paid...
Read moreHorrible. The stack of dishes at the empty table in the picture, it was there when we got there and not picked up until about the time we finished our meal. The second picture of the ceiling is literally a piece of missing insulation, being from construction background, with a little restaurant experience, I know that means insulation is falling in everyone's foods. The third picture was my almost $12 boneless chicken wings, the wings we're surprisingly decent, but for that kind of money for a few chicken wings, I would expect a little more celery (the dressing was terrible also, no flavor at all, might as well be dipping into straight sour cream. ) My aunt ordered a burger, the waitress never asked how she wanted it cooked, so I guess restaurant default is burned, cause that's they cooked hers. Our waitress came to the table a total of 4 times, one of those was because she forgot our drink order. She never came back after she dropped off our food. We we're there about 4 o'clock on Saturday, the place was relatively empty. So my opinion is this place just lacks management. The employees are clearly walking around having no idea how to properly do they're jobs, and there is absolutely no excuse for a dirty restaurant. I will never return...
