Visited this store on 3/7/21. Only one customer and no line which was great. Went up to the counter to order. The employee (of asian descent appeared to be a new employee doing what he was trained to do) taking the order and mentioned to one of the cooks that was cooking behind him that the cauliflower rice low. The cook (of spanish descent) comes up to the new employee and states in a condescending manner to "not give customers full spoons of rice or cauliflower rice. He should only give half a big spoon of those items to customers." The new employee was clearly embarrassed and rolled his eyes at the cook. I personally did not like how the cook was condescending in front of a customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion and made me almost defend that new employee. I'm in the customer service business to for my job and I have never treated a co-worker like that in 23 years. Plus they were totally out of vegetables and onions which wasn't cool. Despite all of that... my food was great as always but wanted to share the unfortunate thing I witnessed at this chipotle store. I probably won't go back to this store again but go to chipotle store closer to my house. If I had more time I would've said something to that condescending employee and would have spoken to a...
Read moreWhat even is this? A quesadilla or a sad piece of flat bread?
I’m not sure what’s going on at this Chipotle location, but it’s consistently disappointing and today was no exception. I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla, but apparently that now means a thin, flimsy tortilla with barely any meat and a whisper of cheese. The thing was so flat, I had to double-check if they accidentally switched my quesadilla for a flatbread. The portion inside was pathetic. I’ve seen more filling in a snack-sized sandwich. If I wanted to bite into nothing, I’d just chew air. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here either. Every single visit, there’s some sort of problem. Whether it’s missing items, cold food, or poor portions, it's always something. I would just buy the ingredients and make the food myself because if this is how Chipotle is going to be and changing us full amount. At this point, I’m seriously considering contacting corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable. Chipotle needs to get it together. If this is what they’re calling a quesadilla now, they should at least include a magnifying glass so we can find the meat and cheese. Do better chipotle and give us better portions for what we’re paying for.
Mind you I paid $14...
Read moreThis place is unprofessional. My family and I went to chipotle today and had 15-20mins before closing. Last time I checked a closing time was set for a reason not for stores/businesses to close earlier than those times, unless it has already been stated/announced ahead of time. All Chipotles in my area close at 10pm. We arrived at 9:40-9:45pm. When we got to the store there was a customer inside and one walking out, my family and I went to open the door and the door was locked. It was about 3-4 workers on the line and in the lobby. No sign on the door stated that they’d be closing early, nor was it that on Google. Google, the sign on the door, the website/app all stated closing time was 10pm. How does a manager choose to lock a door to a business 15-20mins before closing time with no announcement. Yoselyn(Manager) is very unprofessional! Her staff is also unprofessional. I don’t know how she is working this position. Even if they had a reason, an employee could’ve came to the door and stated that they are closed early. They could’ve acknowledged their customers instead of ignoring them. I’ve heard about this chipotle having bad customer service but I like to judge things for myself. So to experience this unprofessionalism...
