Farmside Kitchen - Chantilly — Restaurant in Chantilly

The first time I tried Farmside Kitchen was on their Grand Opening Day, just a couple of weeks ago. It was a cold-windy day and there was already a line out the door by the time we got there. But the two employees who were outside, handing out the menu and spoke with us, were super friendly and nice! It definitely made the wait in the cold bearable. The customer service, from ordering to checking out, everyone was just so nice and made the orders super fast. I ordered The Rancher! And honestly, I think this was the best salad I've had in a LONG time. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces/dressings are tasty and bring the salad to life. The portions are definitely filling, so come hungry!

The salad was so good, I wanted to eat it again today. I tried using their online ordering for delivery but when placing the order, I kept getting an error message and I tried about 10times, on the pc and on my phone. So I gave them a call and was immediately helped by an employee, who was able to resolve the issue and place the order for me on their end! I ended up getting "The Rancher" again and it was just as great as the first time!

From my first impression to today's experience, I can definitely say that the employees at Farmside Kitchen care about their customers and want to ensure the best quality of food and service. I'd highly recommend to try out their bowls! And I definitely can't wait...

I reeeeeally loved the Rancher bowl. I have been craving it since my meal last week, and will be finally having it again for dinner tonight. :) My husband and kids and I all tried it for the first time together, and everyone agreed that it was awesome. My husband and I both had the the Rancher (he loved his, too), one of my daughters chose the Build Your Own Bowl and gobbled it up, and my other daughter had the avocado toast and said it was "amazing". No one left a bite of food in their bowls or on their plates and we all polished off some cookies, too. Really delicious cookies.

The restaurant was clean and beautiful and the staff, friendly and competent and helpful. (I didn't know what to order and they let me take my time and came up with some recommendations, as well.) Lots of smiles behind the counter-- they all seemed like they were glad to be there, which really impacts your experience of a restaurant..

I went here with a friend yesterday and really liked our meal. It was very high in protein and the salad was very fresh. Likewise, there wasn't much of a line which honestly was a bit surprising since it was around noon. That said, this complex seems to be close to a few other eateries which might have contributed to the lack of other patrons.

The establishment is more of a Cava like place, but in my opinion a bit more unique since most of the menu seems to have additional protein via meat, tofu, beans or nuts compared to Cava. They also seem to be a bit more generous with dressing which was both flavorful and nicely seasoned.

My only complaint may be that there only seemed to be one bowl size to pick from which was a large for most of the options outside of the kids meal. Likewise, there was a limited drink selection when we went since they only had about 4-5 of each item stocked in an ice tray...
