After working twelve hours, I was excited to go to one of my favorite restaurants. It was Mother's day, and surprisingly , we sat immediately (even though it was 6 of us) as it was not busy. Even got a patio seat! A couple of other tables were sat after us close by with a maximum of 3 people each. Our waiter came and gave us one basket of chips with 1 bowl of salsa. We went ahead and ordered since we've been here PLENTY of times we know what they have. The other tables received their food... we sat waiting. We had already went through our one basket of chips since there were 6 of us. By then 45 min had passed. I noticed the waiter come to the window and looked at us with our empty table also unfilled drinks and made the OH $HIT face. It was clear at that moment he had forgotten to submit our food order. Maybe 10 min passed and he brought out the food. Meanwhile the surrounding tables had finished their meals and one had even left already. I confronted the waiter as to why it took so long, he denied forgetting. During this, my daughter, who is platinum blonde, found 2 black hairs, one in her food and one on the plate itself. I waved over what appeared to be a manager. Not apologizing at ANY time assured me they'd "do something" with the bill. She got her new plate of food, and by then, we were all done with ours. Still no drink refills either.. the bill comes and still has the hair ridden meal on it. I asked the waiter why it was still there, and he couldn't supply an answer. So I went inside and saw the other person who appeared to be a manager. The arrogant Bono wannabe asked me if she ate her food. Of course, I said yes, and he said well if she ate it, then there's nothing I can do. Never have I ever had such a piss poor response. Not a discount.. literally nothing. I let him know this was my favorite spot and would never step foot in the building again. He tried to say it was delayed because it was Mother's day and they were busy. If that was the case, the people surrounding us would not have had their food yet either. Just admit you messed up at least!! Thanks for ruining my...
Read moreIf I could give a review with no star that is what I would do. So first they were not busy at all. Sat took 5 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. (Side note the tea was very good but not good enough to make up for what was next) got the drinks waited ten minutes to be ask what we wanted to eat, ran out of drinks Sat another 15 minutes then called the bus boy who got us drinks and touched the top of the glasses (no problem thirsty and had a straw) okay kids meal fries refried, get the check they charged us for the kids drink which should have come with the kids meal and how much for a kids drink 2.50 same as an adult. Ask what the charge was get a 4 minute speech about how expensive times are, finally says I'll take it off. Good it should not have been charged. Throws his arms like he wants to go and get physical says next time you have to pay. I ask for the Manger, no joke they say this man is the manager. So no tip and I told him don't worry there won't be a next time and he said okay we don't want you back. Can't belive a manager would act like this. The tea and the bus boy could not make up for that rude violent little man. So 1 star so I can...

Awhile back We were on the hunt for a new Mexican spot after El Paso left and Dan Luis took over (which was a complete and total letdown).
Fortunately, we tried out Pueblo's, and we couldn't be happier! The food is fantastic!! The guacamole is always on point, fresh, and packed with flavor.
My go-to dish? The Pollo Vera Cruz. It's consistently delicious, with tender chicken and a perfect blend of spices that keep me coming back for more. The shrimp tacos, enchiladas, and carnitas are all very, very good, and let's not forget the queso dip - it's absolutely divine!
And let's not forget the drinks - they're always delicious and refreshing, adding the perfect touch to an already amazing meal.
Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, Pueblo's will win your heart (and stomach)! Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed and you'll probably...
