Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

This location will often get your order incorrect. In five visits they have gotten my order wrong every single time. I ordered a double Whopper combo meal no pickles and extra cheese because the doubles are very dry unless you do this and it only cost $1 to have another slice of cheese added between the two patties. All Burger King double Whoppers come with two slices on the top I always like to add the second slice to be put between the two patties. Today I didn't get that extra cheese I just got charged for it. I also upsized because I was really thirsty from working outside in the heat and I asked them to please make my onion rings a large also. They did hold back the pickles as I asked but there was no extra cheese and I got the same size onion rings even though I told them I wanted a large one. They had one man doing the prep and one very young man running back and forth between the two drive and windows and that's all the employees I saw. The reason for one guy running back and forth from window to window was because they were taking the order in person which means you could not see the menu to see if you wanted something besides what you had in your mind set on. BEWARE OF SCAMMER. My family was in the middle of ordering when this weird suspicious Indian man was standing really close behind us in line with his laptop in his hands. I didn’t think much of it besides him not knowing personal space. As I was paying, I tapped my card to pay for my order and he held his laptop close to me when I tapped my card. I was about to tell him to back off but he immediately sat down right after I tapped my card. My gut sensed something was off. After we finished eating, we went back out to the car and right before I sat down I got a phone call from my bank. They asked me if I just sent $500 overseas to India. I said No, I don’t even know anyone in India. They told me they’re going to cancel the transaction and my debit card because it’s been compromised. 8/17/19, Fair Lakes location — We stopped at Burger King to try the Impossible Whopper but waited for a good 5 minutes before someone took our order. The employee, a middle-aged female, was very rude and couldn’t get our order right (2 burgers, 1 fry, 2 drinks, 1 milkshake). We got our food after about 15 minutes, but the drink machine was broken and they forgot the milkshake. When I asked for a refund for the shake, the same employee said she “didn’t have the key” to the register. I insisted on the refund, so she disappeared into a back room and emerged with some cash. Worse, the Impossible Whoppers were BURNED and COLD. The fries were obviously leftover from the day before. Even more bizarre is I had to get the same employee’s attention to WAIT ON OTHER CUSTOMERS, two older women who had been waiting at least 10 minutes.
