BEWARE THIS LOCATION!!! GIVEN THEM MANY CHANCES AND THEY SEND ME AWAY WITH FLOPPY PIZZA EVERY TIME!!! This evening I stopped by on my way home from work absolutely starving. When I walked up it was 10 minutes before closing and their door was locked already and they had to unlock it for me and the customer in front of me. I don't walk into places 10 minutes before closing and order anything that I know could possibly take more than 5 minutes to prepare. This is a pizza shop with an assortment of by the slice available as well as pick up whole pies. Half their business is having a cheap meal that can be toasted on the bottom and ready in 5 minutes. And they have only thin and crispy pies. To ever send me away from their restaurant with a floppy slice of pizza is detrimental to their business and unacceptable to me. Who wants flopppy thin and crispy pizza?? And it's 4$ a slice. I decided to be sure I checked the bottom before walking away from there this time. I go to pick up my pizza off the counter and sure enough one slice is floppy to the point of being unable to pick it up as all the toppings would slide right off like a kid going down a slip n slide. I told him I needed it to be toasted more because I literally couldn't eat it the way it was without the toppings, sauce and cheese falling in my lap. He said that's the best I can do for you because I turned off the ovens a half hour ago. I'm like well I can't even eat this the way it is and maybe you should keep your ovens on until you close because you sell by the slice pizza. He continues to tell me there's nothing he can do and he did the best he could pointing at the pizza and shrugging his shoulders at me. No apology, no trying to actually toast the pizza just basically nothing. Nothing but excuses about why it's ok for him to give me floppy pizza because it's the best he can do. Is that what this location is all about??? Locking the doors on the customers 10 minutes before closing, sending them away with floppy pizza and justifying it?? What would have happened if I actually was trying to buy whole pies?? If you run a pizza business specializing in all thin and crispy pizza you better act like you give a crap about the state of that crust when you put in your customers hands. Terrible customer service employees and...
Read moreIve ordered from your business quite a few times for pu, and you guys have been awesome, but this past friday was different. I called to place my pu order, and was greeted by an unpleasant person on the phone and was put on hold right away. Which is fine. I dont mind waiting a min or 2.. Was on hold for over 5mins when the person comes back with an attitude asking what i wanted. I placed my order and, she asked for my #. She got it wrong 4 times and would interrupt me in between trying to give it to her. If you dont listen you wont get it right. She said okay itll be 30mins to pu, i proceeded to tell her i needed to pay with a credit card. She said not right now. Umm excuse me. NOT RIGHT NOW??? I told her that i have someone else picking it up and need to pay for it over the phone. She said you will have to hold then bc we are too busy for this. Umm okay??? I am a paying customer and you dont have time for me?? She has me on hold for over 7mins and comes back to ask for my card #. Im trying to give it hhas when she interrupts me again and says umm u you need to talk slower i cant hear u, i said im sorry i know you guys are busy was trying to be quicker. I repeat my card # slowly and clearly.. 5 MORE TIMES.. Where she still repeated it back wrong everytime. At this point the entire process has taken a total of 20mins and im now in a spot where i lost service giving her my card info for the 6th time. We did not pu the pizza and this whole situation has made me not want to order from your pizzaria again. Please invest in staff that know how to speak to their...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite pizza places to eat. However the last few times I was in there it did not live up to its previous standards. Today it hit a new low. There was one person inside the building I was the only customer. The man in the building had on no mask, took the cash from me gave me my change and then touched some pizza on the bar without washing their hands. Then I watched him pick up something gross from the sink and wipe it on the same rag that he wipes his hands on around his waist for pizza dough. When I got my food, the piece of pizza they used as the base slice was at least one day old (at a minimum) and what cheese was there was very old and tasted like a refrigerator. He threw my toppings on it and sprinkled a little bit of brand new cheese in hopes that it would look better. There was no seasoning at all and it was the most bland slice of pizza I’ve ever had even with toppings. The crust that I normally love was flimsy because the pizza had been sitting so long. I had called my order in because I was in a rush but they didn’t have it in the oven until after I got there so I still had to stand and wait for five minutes for the pizza which was cold when I got it. And to top it all off… I found a hair...
