Cinnabon — Restaurant in Virginia

I am in love.

The last time I had a Cinnabon roll was years ago, but after eating one yesterday - I’m hooked again!

Went to the mall after doing some shopping nearby, and how can you miss the delicious smell of warm glaze and cinnamon? Impossible! As soon as my son and I walked in, I knew I had to get some. Ordered 2 small Cinnabon rolls and 2 large ones with no glaze. The staff mentioned those would take a bit longer because they were in the process of being baked. We thought great no problem, because we decided to grab dinner at the food court in the meantime. I paid, and later returned to my order being packaged up. The Cinnabon rolls didn’t make it very far as we literally devoured the glazed ones in the car. It was so good that I plan on visiting more frequently (in moderation, don’t worry).

Not the first time I’ve order from one of the stores in the DMV, but this one was the first that deny to sell me a 6 pack of warm rolls, as a former employee I know that those are typically packed the day before almost all the time or early in the morning sometimes. I was train that always placing the customers first and customer satisfaction to their request went first , therefore we were always allow to sell a 6 pack warm if the customer requested at menu price for the 6 pack which is about $18 with taxes. Also knowing that you might have to wait maybe 15 mins but worth it. But this store does not put the customer satisfaction first perhaps corporate should come and make a review because the brand is being tarnish by the staff...

Just know when you go to this Cinnabon if you are not watching them at the Register you will be gotten over on! Went for a 4 Pack of Cinnamon Rolls which is listed on their sign at $14.99, well because these Cinnamon Rolls just came out of the Oven we were told Hot Cinnamon Rolls are $19 and some change basically $5 a Cinnamon Roll!! When asked why isn’t it menu price we were told by the Manager that you are charged for EACH ROLL when they are FRESH OUT THE OVEN!!! Wow so you can’t have a Fresh Cinnamon ROLL unless you pay individual price!! Unbelievable don’t shop here if you want a Fresh Cinnamon Roll!!! Waiting on my Refund, will NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS CINNABON...
