Well, I have to start by saying my expectations were seriously high for the place. Mainly because the menu did not change from the previous location on Warwick bld, in which the food was excellent!!! So when I saw that they reopened at a new place, it was a no-brainer. It has a great atmosphere to watch sports and a LARGE selection of beers. If you are unsure about the beer, try a Flat. Get a taste of four of any beer. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped for me. Mix drinks tasted like cough syrup. From the fancy Lavender Lemon drop Lemon drop, I like my Martinis with Kettle one. It is a must, you will Thank Me! Both I did not like, then I went for the mixed rum punch; all a fail and returned . .. 😡 The beer-battered fish was filled with grease. It looks like the oil should be changed so that the cook would know when to pull out the fish. Lawd. I don't know what to say about the cole slaw. Other than that, I dare to keep eating it. I wish the fries were crisper for a fresh cut. My hamburger had fresh topping but missed the mark on flavor for me, and it was not medium, the way I liked it. The middle was not pink, almost close to medium well. But overall, it's an excellent location for beer and watching the game. But as I mentioned, I enjoyed the food at the previous location on Warwick Blvd. Hence, my High expectations and excitement to see that it was reopened. This may be under new management. Anyway, I came, I tried, and I wanted this to be a return local spot since I lived around the corner from the previous location and a 5-minute drive to this location. But it's a NO for me🥺

My friends and I were on our way home from a work trip and after looking at restaurants along our route we decided upon Craft 60. The front door is in a corner behind the adjacent space so make sure to pay attention while slowly driving through the parking lot. After looking through the menu I decided to give the cheese curds a try along with the session tacos (fried flounder fish tacos). The cheese curds were great! Perfectly golden fried and very flavorful. The fish tacos on the other hand were... marginal. The fish was fried well with a thin coat of breading so you could taste the fish, but the slaw was too crisp and insipid. To top it off, literally, there was so much sliced hard parmesan cheese that without scraping it off you couldn't taste anything other than the parmesan. Why anyone would used hard parmesan cheese instead of something that belongs on a taco (read Colby jack or another good, soft taco cheese) is beyond me. As nice as our server was, as clean as the restaurant was, and as good as the cheese curds were cannot outweigh such a poor decision for the fish tacos, this is why I gave the restaurant a 3 star rating. If they change their choice of cheese for the session tacos then I would be willing to try it again and potentially adjust my review, but even then it would be at best 4 stars.

So this was my first time coming here. I had seen this restaurant from the road on multiple occasions passing by over the past few years and finally decided to stop in for Date Night. The fact that it had a Groupon was also bonus! I had heard some positive reviews about it as well. We got two apps - Crab Dip and Blackened Mahi Bites. Crab dip was delicious and the dip to chip ratio was perfect! Most places always give you way more chips than dip or not enough chips. These were actually toasted Pita's also. The Mahi was just ok in my opinion. Nothing to scream about. Beer selection is overwhelming if you're not a fan of Beer but I was pleased with the selection. They also have a good selection of drinks and appealing Happy Hour options. Now onto the Entrees. I had the Steakhouse Burger and she had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. OMG...the patties were huge! Overall cooked well and flavor was great. The atmosphere is intimate but also seems like there's a lot going on when there's a crowd. Seems to be popular with regulars. I'll probably visit again at another time to try more of the menu and I'd definitely recommend to a friend. 4 stars because I wasn't Blown Away but I was pleased with the service, food, and drink.

Horrible Horriable!!! I had my birthday dinner here and I decided to take my food home because I had a few drinks and I’m just the type to eat my food after I have my drinks. When I got home my steak was so tough and nothing but fat all through the steak (barely any meat). I called the very next day and the host that answer the phone and Said that the manager was gone for the day. I asked her I’m pretty sure there are other managers there that I could speak to, but she assist that it was only one manager that I could speak to and he was gone for the day. She promised me that she would notated it and have the manager give me a call me. So the next day came I didn’t hear anything from the manager. I waited an extra day and I still haven’t heard anything from theManager. I called up there and I finally got in touch with the manager that I supposedly had to talk to. Once I got him on the phone, I explained my situation and I told him that I still have the food that I Didn’t mind bringing it back up there. He asked me when did I order my food and I told him it was the day before yesterday. He says and said why didn’t I speak to another manager because he’s not the only one that I could’ve have spoke to?? At this point I’m confused because I explained to him that your host told me that there were no other managers that I could speak to that I had to speak to you. So we went back-and-forth a little bit about it and long story short he did not want to fix my food. I even told him that I would take a burger instead, which was way cheaper than what I paid for to compensate The food that I did not enjoy. He told me no, and there was nothing he could do about it. I also explain to him that he needs to train his staff because why was the host steering me in the wrong direction if I would’ve known, I could’ve spoke to any other Manager on duty that day when I called. I explained to him that this is what your host told me better yet she even took my name and number down and told me she would have a manager call me back.I explained to him waited for you guys to call and I never got a call. I gave y’all an extra day because I know in the restaurant Industry it can get very busy. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AS PROMISED. I took it upon myself to call and see what was the status of the manager returning my call. Basically make the long story short this so call manager said, I waited too long to say something when I clearly called the next following day about my food and even had the food on hand. To be honest, he wasn’t even a manager. He was the OWNER WHICH MADE IT EVEN WORSE!! He was very rude and could care less how I felt And instead of making the customer happy he was willing to go back-and-forth with me to the point, we was basically arguing. He was VERY unprofessional, I do not recommend this place at all. Besides, they fell off ever since they moved to the new spot. To the OWNER you are very rude, inconsiderate AND unprofessional!!, You can care less about how your customers and we the ones bringing you business!! So HUMBLE YOURSELF!! To me you gave me vibes of a person that is selfish and all you care less customers satisfaction!! You are very money hungry!! I hope that burger or better yet my steak meal was worse this Google review. If I could Give you give you zero stars, I would So you’re lucky I was only giving the option to at least give...

I have two reviews below. One for old location (from 2-3 years ago) and one from the new (this year 2021). The two experiences were polar opposites. So I split the difference on the stars (rounded down obviously).

New Review 2021 - New Location (2 stars): Ambiance is Terrible. Likely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t even begin to go through it all, but we were forgotten about multiple times (it wasn’t busy at time), brought wrong beer, waitress was condescending, was brought cold food after waiting for over an hour after order, manager/leader re-fired but never bothered to apologize for the mistake, ordered desert to go but they never brought it, etc etc. Food was decent (hence 2 not 1 star), but cold shrimp on the first go around brings down the experience. Plus, the old place had a great atmosphere. The new place is cold, corporate, and lacks good atmosphere and character, also has a staff that couldn’t care less (the greeter was the best part, and all he did was say “hey” basically). I don’t know, I want to go back to give it a chance because my family and I were semi-regular patrons from 2018-2019, but the new location is so different (and disappointing) that I simply don’t have a desire to go back again, nor bring anyone again.

Original Review from 2018 - Old Location (5+ stars): This place is amazing. Really down to earth and great small staff. Great food (try the mozzarella sticks, calamari, and definitely the Thai scrimp). For food, I like the tacos. I got a burger once and it was good. My only criticism is that the main dishes tend to not be perfectly salted. I think it has to do with the rub they put on some fish. Just not the perfect ratio of seasoning (usually a little over seasoned) to ounces of meat. With that said, it’s not too much to bother anyone really, that’s just being overly critical for an otherwise perfect place to eat and have a good German beer! Been a number of times, and will keep bringing friends and family as often as I can.

Ps., the beer menu is massive. They even have a beer-on-clearance menu (running low on stock in house) that is nearly a page long...if that doesn’t paint a picture of how vast there beer selection is I don’t...

The employees are great - I’ll say that right away! Very helpful, professional and attentive - and, from experience, I know how easy it is to grow apathetic in a slow restaurant. The food and beer too were quite good though a bit pricey. Here are the reasons I am giving three stars:

The sign is very small and high up on the building, we drove around and around the shopping center trying to find it. When we finally did (thanks to a helpful employee) we realized that the reason we missed it was because it was too high up on the building to be seen from the car window as you drive along the front of the shopping center and a bit too small to grab your attention from further away. I know signage is expensive and times are tough but maybe a simple sandwich board on the sidewalk would help matters?

It is not so much the business’s fault but compared to their old location...this sort of seems like a step down - in the front dining room, you feel like you are in the party room of a children’s play space or a storage room made dining area - there are absolutely NO windows and almost no decoration on the walls to distract from that fact. It’s quite dreary and lacking in warmth - it’s not a place where I was tempted to linger and savor a meal and good beer. The next room over, the bar area is a bit more open and bearable but still windowless - the TV screens help a bit. Maybe a bit of decor to make the space more inviting and finished looking and/or mirrors to give the illusion of windows?

3.This is a passing issue as this COVID nonsense won’t last forever but, it has to be said that in a time of wildly contagious sickness - in an otherwise empty dining room, they sat us right beside the only other person in the room. Fortunately, no one got cross when we moved to a further table but it made us feel a...
