Crumbl — Restaurant in Virginia

So I am finally getting around to making this review. This is after many many times of getting rude customer service. 8/10 times I visit this location, which is pretty much the only location close to me, I’ve gotten rude looks, rude comments, and no service at all. Why does it take an extra 10 min to pause what they’re doing and come and help the people who walk in. You wouldn’t have customers so backed up if you’d just help them so they can move on with their day. And SWITCH YOUR GLOVES. Every time I go in, I always witness the same gloves touching the dough also touch the screens in the front and then go back to the dough. HIGHLY UNSANITARY. Also, when you get Uber, Doordash, or any delivery person, just please help them first. I know and everyone should know they are on a time basis. I had to witness a delivery man getting so frustrated that these girls were not completing his order for his customer. They were also talking about him in the kitchen while he was asking to speak to a manager, which apparently there wasn’t one. He’s making a delivery they work on a time basis and tips are everything for those people. Just take the goddamn minute to fulfill the orders that are already there.Its not like the doughs going to run away. Also it’s frustrating that it’s typically the girls that are the rude ones. The cookies look great and are very pretty in photos. Sometimes the quality can be inconsistent, usually with cookies leaning more on the underbaked side. The cookies I attached in this review and that caused me to write my original review, the churro and the peanut butter, were fantastic. However, I later had the lemon poppyseed mini cookie and it was so soft that it was falling apart in my hands.

Also, I cannot afford to keep going here every week. They have recently been replacing one of the cookies with another dessert and there’s an uncharge for this dessert. Often this is the only option that looks good, but I cannot bring myself to spend more than $5 somewhere I have been so used to spending only $5 for a cookie for something that is only slightly larger, if not...

I’m sure today was hectic with it being the 6th birthday and there being a deal on the 6-packs. My boyfriend and I were greeted with warm smiles and enthusiasm. We were informed that the Biscoff flavor would take a while to bake and I didn’t mind waiting (an impromptu Target run and Crumbl? sign me up lol). The girls confirmed that I wanted to wait twice. When we returned to pick up the order, they promptly presented us the box of delicious cookies for a quick quality check. Being told they prioritized my order despite probably being busy showed me how much they cared about the quality of the service they provided. 1000/10 would recommend! Can’t wait...
