I love Subway sandwiches overall. But this location both EMPLOYEES & MANAGEMENT/ supervisors have a history of making my sandwiches wrong - in addition to mishandling my concerns every time. I have spoken with more than three people in Management/ Supervisors in the Subway department and they have been apathetic, and have never apologized or seem to be aware that I was feeling frustrated, how their mistakes have caused me time, frustration, and other inconveniences, and that the fact that this has been an ongoing issue with the Subway employees & management being incompetent, have a lack interpersonal skills, never holding themselves accountable, absolutely no re- training of their employees/ Management/ staff, have made things even worse. I absolutely do NOT recommend this Subway location. The other Subway locations have been great, competent, and have excellent employees who have interpersonal skills, and care with both the accuracy of making the sandwiches in addition to having much better conflict resolution & interactions, and do not dismissing their customers’ concerns, especially when a concern is ongoing, and “act oblivious” and unprofessional like people’s time does not matter as one example among many. Not everyone has the time to stay there to have their entire order (s) remade time over and over again - especially if there are very long lines, and peoples’ time are to be valued respected. This is the very last time I will be going to this location given my most recent experience of having extra sauce soaked all over inside and outside of the wrappers of the sandwiches - after I have provided clear, easy to read , written instruction: “Please keep sauces in separate containers and not inside sandwiches. Thank you very much,” and yet still sauces were poured all over sandwiches excessively which has caused the sandwiches to be thrown out due to the sogginess, messing up its intended flavors, and soft, wet, breaking apart bread. The app is riddled with issues.
