Okay, highlight for me, my bartender!! I love watching people in their element, who are able to deliver great service, and keep a smile while dealing with a mass of customers. Sadie was awesome during my visit. We were there for a friend's BDay 🎂. Be was enjoying the entertainment with his girl, and his mom and I decided to grab a drink 🍸 at the bar and relax 😌. Sitting there for about 5 mins, Sadie pops in, kindly introducing herself and answering drink questions. I spotted a drink that immediately captured my eye 👁(Dangerous Waters Island Punch). So, I inquired with Sadie about her thoughts on the drink. I'm a casual drinker, soooooo I LOVE ❤️ a bartender that will either give you feedback or make suggestions. 😉 needles to say, I was lucky enough to observe Sadie in her element, and despite having some hilarious moments (possibly more for me) she kept her cool, stayed with her great smile, and was attentive and provided EXCELLENT service. Needles to say, I couldn't really say much about the atmosphere as I was at the bar the whole time, enjoying drinks, Barbacoa Fries, and the Chicken Kickin' Potstickers. All in all, I can only speak about the service at the bar, which was awesome. Needles to say, there's a lot of options at D&B to keep everyone busy. You can even watch sports on the big screen TVs. It's never really a dull moment, unless that is the energy you're bringing to a place like that. 😅😅😅 Anyways, this was mainly for Sadie, who I joked with her and said, "I'd left her a one-star 🌟 review on Yelp." Great job, this afternoon Sadie, and thank you for the great service. If you ever leave there and bartend somewhere else, let me know, I'd definitely show up. 😉
I'm unsure if you'll see this....bbbbbuuuuutttt if I had one fair criticism... and I am sure it's a bit late to take this into consideration...bbbbbuuuuutttt how the lines work and where customer service is.... that would be my biggest emphasis. We were standing in line, my friend was doing couples goals things, and I was kind of just looking around, while his mom was talking to them. I'm noticing people coming in as we are patiently waiting to be next up. I see a family walk in, and figured they were on their way to the machine to load up their card. Nope! They just fell in line, in front of us, no regard at all for us standing there and giving room to the customers in front, as opposed to being on top of them. And it being a chill day, my mouth stayed sealed, as I was truly not in the mood, all the while, understanding the mindset her. You walk in, and there's nothing that actually navigates your path of travel, and you fall in line. Again, it was not the biggest deal breaker, bbbbbuuuuutttt.... not everyone has worked on having a calm demeanor, and sometimes, things escalate. Now, sure, I have possibly been spoiled by the likes of the one in Speingfield, and I forgot where the other one I had been to, where setups are obviously different. Bbbbbuuuuutttt again, if there's ever an option, like/ lane control, should be considered. Sssssoooooooo.... for your fellow patron that does not feel like asking, "Excuse me, are you in line?" They'll simply fall into the right position, as they have no choice. Other than that, though, your bartenders rocked. My friends enjoyed their time there, IMO, it truly was a win- win, minus that moment. Also, thank you for caring about your establishment. Many places could learn something...
Read moreService was ok, but 1 starring because there were actual feathers in the chicken wings. Things happen but the manager was absolutely unprofessional. I worked in the service industry for 15 years and even opened the Dave and Busters in Springfield so i understand how mistakes happen. I approached the manager very respectfully with "ma'am, I'm sorry that this is so strange, but there are feathers in my chicken wings" and she was IMMEDIATELY combative "oh we get it that way from the distributor" and throwing excuse after excuse in my face aggressively before she said "so what do you want". The wings were my buddy's, so I brought her over to him in which case she did the same rigamarole and not taking accountability for the fact that DAVE AND BUSTERS SERVED WINGS WITH FEATHERS IN THEM. This totally set my friend off because what manager in any restaurant ever doesn't start off a complaint with a genuine apology "I'm sorry how could we have handled this better" instead of being aggressive and in our faces for us being upset about BEING SERVED CHICKEN WINGS WITH FEATHERS IN THEM. She was continually like "it's not our problem or our fault, we just take the wings and throw them in the fryer" LIKE THEY DON'T INSPECT THE WINGS BEFORE SERVING THEM? THAT IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. WHAT IF A WING IS MOLDY AND SOMEONE GETS SICK. WHAT IF THERE IS A SHELLFISH ALLERGY AND BY SOME WEIRD FREAK OF NATURE A CROSSCONTAMINATION HAPPENS AND SOMEONE EATS A SHRIMP WITH THEIR WINGS AND HAS AN ANAPHALACTIC EPISODE?!
You're serving food to people. These people TRUST YOU WITH THE FOOD THEY ARE PUTTING IN THEIR BODY AND YOU RESPOND LIKE AN INSURANCE AGENT WHO DOESN'T CARE. Terrible management. Will not be returning.
I'm sorry but 0/5 Dave and Busters - do better and STOP SERVING WINGS WITH FEATHERS IN THEM.
I literally plugged my phone into my keyboard to write this review because of absolutely how ridiculous my experience was.

Read moreJust plain horrible experience from poor service and poor management. The waiter needed training and management seemed like everything was a joke. We waited for forever for someone to acknowledged us when we sat down but had to approached the bar after forever to place an order for drinks and get on their radar. We then received angry looks from the bartender and snappy attitude when asking about drinks. Our waiter finally arrived saying the bartender yelled at him and to order through him, that the kitchen was behind, and that our food would be at least another 30 minutes. Food finally came delivered by the kitchen but we didn't receive everything we ordered. Again our waiter never checked in on us to make sure we had everything or if we needed more drinks. My guests couldn't eat their meal with parts of their order missing and we eventually asked to speak to a manager. The manager came smiling and acted all nonchalant about the situation. At the same time the table next to us were already waiting for their food for 2 hrs and also received cold food prior to their appetizer received last. They said the table before them also had a similar issue. The whole night seemed like a joke. The manager just seemed to make the situation worse after we explained to them what happened. She basically acted like everything was a joke and even went on the intercom to announce a guy's food was now ready after delivering his order to him way after everyone else's food was delivered and his party finished eating. The mangers attempts to make things right appeared very nonchalant and sort of condescending. She obviously was not getting that the issues with service were not just with the waiter but a bigger issue with management. I straight up asked her if our waiter was busy helping with other things or just needed more help and her response was, "I don't know what they are doing". I seriously would not recommend anyone to waste time eating here until...
