I order from here quite often I’m usually pleased but it’s a bit irritating that I pay for extra sauces and they seem to always forget them I usually let it go but it’s been too often this time I called and the guy that answered on 1/5/19 at 7:40 pm he seemed very nonchalant and asked me if I wanted to come back and pick them up when I obviously had it set for delivery he just seemed very careless and when I said no just give me a refund he asked for my name and said thank you have a goodnight very short no apology or anything I was calling back to tell them I originally wanted to put a tip on my card for the driver Janiyah (maybe be misspelling it) but I skipped by too fast on the mobile app and I didn’t have cash on me unfortunately her careless coworker really blew my mood so I hung up after he said have a goodnight it’s not a terrible place but they do need to pay close attention to the orders as they follow I had parmesan twists that had no sauce which means I’ll have to eat them dry also didn’t get the ranches that I paid extra for after countless times and this is my first complaint when calling back because I usually just say forget it enough is enough please pay more attention to the orders before you all send them over...
Read moreI should have looked at the negative reviews for this location befor ordering. So I think I had Domino's Pizza maybe only a few times in my life and now I know why. First off their coupon prices are not accurate, the individual pizza shops charge extra for particular toppings like bacon. So im fine with this concept although misleading but the big problem is that they don't hardly add any toppings to the pizza. What we ordered was a pizza with 3 toppings and what we received was dough with a few sprinkle of mixed toppings. It hardly even had cheese or sauce to the point where we purchased more cheese from a grocery store to make pizza worth eating. If you want to purchase pizza dough then sure buy it but that's about all your getting here. The crust was good but that's about all. Not sure I will buy another pizza from them again. (MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EXPERIENCE)
Update: one week later I tried Domino's at 1220 Richmond Rd. Williamsburg VA 23185 and it was a huge difference. The pizza is 10x better at that location. The location matters and this shop needs to improve or they will go out of business soon. Don't believe me just try another location! Them not responding to my review just proves they don't care about...
Read moreFirst night in our new home… we have always been the biggest dominos fans. Dominos is the ONLY place we order from. We have 4 kids who get so so excited. This delivery woman literally has zero life in her. I didn’t even get a chance to compliment her red nails, her messy bun or anything. I literally said thankyou so much and she replied with have a goodnight (depressing like) and booked it. She was gone. My daughter attempted to make her feel better but she was gone. She didn’t care, and having a delivery person at nighttime is rare for dominos (coming from Chesapeake) but like really? You don’t have half a second to be professional? I’m not trying to be picky but ALL of my kids get so excited when dominos delivery comes through, we all get so excited. For our first night we have the memory of this girl having a negative vibe and it’s rough. But the pizza is bomb always 👌
Addendum: the pizza was AMAZING!!! WAY better than Chesapeake, Moscow idaho, Pullman Washington and Tennessee dominoes pizza!!! So amazing. Changing it to 5 stars because the cooks heckin ROCK!!’ THANKYOU for the...
