Placed an order on Friday, with the J.Clyde Morris Blvd. store, and called to cancel 10 minutes later because it was going to take 92 mins. Three hours later on the dot, Dominos shows up with the order. I told them that I cancelled the order, but they left it anyway. Why am I upset well 1. I cancelled the order, but was told that it would take 3 days to return the money. 2. When I spoke with the manager after 15 minutes on hold, he said well that is just the way it is! 3. After receiving the order 3 hours later (did not want it because I had already ate), I called to make sure that I would receive a refund, and the girl said well why did you cancel? I replied that I was hungry and did not want to wait an hour and a half to get my food. At this point, it had been 3 hours, so I am glad that I cancelled, but even then the order was not complete and I was charged for sauces that I did not get. 4. Here we are 5 days later, and there is no refund in my bank which I did not expect because not once was I asked for my name or any information pertaining to the order. When I called today, (5 days later) the stand in "manager" Samantha could only tell me that for further reference it will be a 3 hour wait on deliveries. (Never asked what is your name so I can check on that for you etc..) which at that time I informed her that she didn't have to worry about that because I was that one and done customer. Second, her argument was that they do not charge you until the end of the night.....well I laughed and said that is not a good argument when you tell people that it will take 3 days to refund. (when you haven't even charged the card yet) ... why do you even need to charge my card at the end of the night if I cancelled????? Samantha was not trained well. I guess Domino's is short handed like everyone, but they should pick more professional people to play as managers. I am not even mad or upset about the 3 hour wait for a cold and incomplete order ( I had already ate), but for the lies and unprofessionalism that I received. I had placed an order through the website utilizing a time-limited coupon. The coupon for 50% off on a single item expired at 3:00 PM, with my order being placed at around 2:50 PM. I waited as my food was prepared, and when the order was nearing completion, I received a text message informing me that my order was cancelled, and to call the store for more information, so I did.
I contacted the store and was informed that they had the wrong number for the order, reading off a number that was not mine. The website had, originally, listed this number for the order before I put in my own- but, considering I received text updates about the order, I know for a fact that the correct number was put in to the website.
I received numerous customer service apologies, but I was offered nothing in terms of compensation for a mistake that they made. The offer to redo the order was presented, but given that the time was now 3:05 PM, the coupon I had tried to use was no longer available, and I was told that it couldn't be completed in the same way anymore. When I asked if there was any managerial discount that could be given, the representative did not put any manager onto the line, but simply reinforced that he was sorry, but the order could not be completed.
I was suggested to call ahead next time and check that the correct information was given should I order with them again, when the whole issue stemmed from their system. I did nothing wrong in the process of ordering, and was still not compensated for my order.

Never got my food and couldn’t call the store because they were closed by the time I accepted the fact that it would never arrive. The delivery driver here needs to get fired for sure, I’m a broke Marine and now I’m down $50 and hungry
Update: the day this happened the manager by the name of Ashley called and said I was going to get a refund of in store credit in order to get the pizza back, she explained to call back whenever to the store and ask for Ashley and I would get my money’s worth. Anyway during this time she told me that the driver had broken down and couldn’t complete the delivery which is understandable. Today is now 3 days after the whole incident and I called very politely asking for the refund I was promised and she denied any of this happening and I told her that the manager was the one I talked to. This same Ashley was the one on the phone, she told me that a driver never broke down and that if one had she would of sent out another driver to complete the order. The best part is, is that is exactly what I had asked for that night, but she said she wouldn’t be able to do that and all I could get was in store credit for the amount I paid.
