Waited 40 minutes for our kiosk order. To be missing food. Coffee had to be remade for it to be just as disgusting. The guy taking orders is shouting at everyone while they’re talking to him in a normal inside voice. One guy is setting orders on receipts behind the pick up counter not even calling peoples names out, another one is setting drinks in the counter and not calling peoples names. 30 minutes later another dude man comes out of the kitchen loudly shouting names (first time I’ve seen this guy, and again, we’ve been here for 40 minutes and trust me I’ve been watching all of the people go up and get their food, including people who came in long after we did and ordered what looked like the same kind of food on the kiosk) and handing them their order. After walking to the counter for the fourth time this visit he asks us what we’re waiting on. He said under his breath as he turned around that he was just asking where that order was. Goes to the kitchen and I can hear him saying what are we waiting on for this order, comes back up and says he called our name but I guess you didn’t hear me. BS. Ignorant, unprofessional, awful. Read moreI come here often and order my coffee iced, with Caramel, no cream or sugar, & add Almond milk. Today it wasn't made correctly. It's happened before, but this is the first time (5/31/23) I've had a customer service issue with it being corrected. I'm sure the guy working the window ( who I've never seen prior to today) did not make my coffee, but you would think he did as combative as he was when I came back through for a correction. He did not apologize & gave excuses as to why my coffee (I've ordered the same way for SO long) tasted the way it did, which was uncalled for. I asked for it to be remade and stated what I thought the error was so it could be made correctly. He tells me they have to use specific amounts of Caramel & I must be used to other employees adding EXTRA which I've NEVER requested in all the years they've been open right down the street from my residence, as if he's insinuating I'm a difficult customer expecting "special" treatment. Read moreFor the last two weeks I have stopped at the Petersburg location. I've placed my orders through the Dunkin' app. I live a good 45 minutes to an hour from a Dunkin' closest to me. I love the fresh glazed Doughnuts along with my coffee. These past two weeks I have been served with nothing but the best from the employees in the AM crew. I personally want to show appreciation to one employees who stood out and went above and beyond. Young, tall gentleman name Anthony! I had placed my order a little later then usual, I get off my exit & see the line wrapped all the way around from the drive thru window to the front door. I think to my self, "No worries, plenty of time to get to work on time." I'm the last person in line, jamming out. I look inside to see a young man grabbing a bag, 2 glazed doughnuts & a large ice coffee walking in my direction to personally hand me my order. He made my day and made me feel appreciated.
