The worst place Iāve ever been to! Shocking how horrible the staff treated me. I pulled up to the drive thru to order wam milk for my toddler. The were no other places where I could get milk and we had are driving a long way back home. I paid for the milk, I asked them to make sure itās not too hot because itās for a baby. When taking my order they gave me an iced cold milk, I asked them nicely to warm it up but the staff gave me a look and started arguing with me. She turned around to the other staff and asked her what she should do, the other staff said ājust tell them we canāt warm up milkā! So I drove around and placed another order, I asked first if they make warm lattes, they said YES, so I said I need a cup of WARM milk, not hot. She said āwe canāt make it warm, only hotā and I know thatās not true, I worked at coffee shops, everybody knows how to steam the milk to the a warm temperature! She said ok she will make me one. I pulled up and again the girl that was rude to me the first time, opened the window and gave me a cup with COLD milk in a cup where they pour hot lattes. She saw that my baby is in the car seat, she saw that the milk isnāt for me OBVIOUSLY! I have never seen such rude, disrespectful and heartless staff! Beyond disappointed and will definitely never order at any Dunkinā place, and will tell everyone how horrible this place treats people...

We waited in front of the cash register to order for 5 minutes while 3-4 workers ran around behind the counter. Never did one person acknowledge us. After 5 minutes or so I noticed the āorder hereā screen to the side of the counter. Started the 12 minute long process of ordering 5 drinks, sandwiches and assorted donuts. After 5 minutes a worker came up and looked passed us to a regular and started their order. Then they took 2 more orders before I even submitted ours. It was super irritating and they even made our hot drinks, iced instead. In order to get the right drinks, I had to wait for 2 more minutes before I finally got someone to give me eye contact and come over. Iād mentioned Iād had to wait a long time before and they acted like I was a Karen for mentioning they made the wrong drink. I asked for Ice for a cold brew drink that wasnāt even cold but tepid. They told me theyād have to charge me for a cup of ice. Asked if theyād just put it in my cup and I got a snarky āNopeā. The tall blonde with a neck tattoo was a real gem š Another customer saw how they treated us and thought they were being horrible people and the sweet guy got me a cup of ice. Great customers! My mom and I donāt have a Dunkin where we live so this was our first experience so we didnāt really know how things worked there. We ordered donuts and a small black coffee on the kiosk not knowing they only keep the donuts in the case and donāt have any in the back. A worker came over to us and said āwe are out of donuts we can refund youā so mind you my mom being the nicest lady you will ever meet is like āoh really I'm sorry I didnāt knowā the girl then responds with ādo you not see that the case is emptyā?????? This was just so rude and unprovoked that I wish I had gotten her name. Mind you they didnāt offer to give us the small black coffee for free or any gesture. The girl at the counter was nice so if they are reading this this isnāt about you but your very rude co worker!! And also what Dunkin DONUTS is...
