I am saddened to say that I have had the worst customer service experience here everytime I come to this location. I tried to talk to the manager about the lack of customer service, basic manners, and public decorum. Basic things like greetings, asking for a napkin, ketchup, or straws are an issue. She literally told me there was a line, so she was very short and curt today (but she always is rude no matter the situation). The person I always have issues with IS THE MANAGER. She is either talking on the phone, very curt and short with me, or just doesnt give me what I ask for. I have tried to be nice and ask her how her day is or be very very patient. She handed me the food and shut the door in my face without giving me what I paid for. I cant be patently waiting for her to notice me waving my hands at the door because I didnt get what I wanted. A simple Hello, Hi, and Did you need anything else? Would be nice. Or if there is something wrong please fix it. Am I crazy for thinking basic pleasantries in customer service are a necessity? I will not be back. I tried calling the 1800 # and the wait time was over 35 minutes.... Are you kidding? They said they would pass the information to the owner, but that would actually change if...
   Read moreI went to DD on 8/23 The manger at 5410 Jefferson Hwy is one of the rudest people I have ever met.I order a drink online and when I got it it tasted horrible so I pulled into the parking lot went in and told them the girl that was in front about the drink she kept saying no thatâs how they taste I told her no I have had this drink before so the gentleman that gave me my drink in drive thru remade it and it still tasted bad.He came back I asked for the manger she came up and asked what I wanted I Explain the situation to her she said thatâs how they taste we canât give you a refund because you ordered it online and I said could I get your name and stores number and she told me no you canât have my name and I donât have to give you my name! I then asked for a number to call and their store number she said look it up and look for the store number if you want it! There is so much more to add about her rudeness but then i would be writing a book! She really needs to go to a class on customer service on how to treat customers!    Read moreTo be fair, the products are fine- I wouldn't say they're anything special, but not the main issue. The issue with this establishment is within the staff. One member in particular, who always seems to be running the drive thru, is the main issue here. On my first visit, I thought maybe the poor service was a fluke due to business. However, upon visiting again, I had an even worse experience. I felt rushed, to the point where I was literally cut off by the lady taking my order. She told me to pull forward before I had finished ordering, and I had to add an item to my order at the window. The woman taking my order was rude and condescending, and acted like I was an inconvenience for being there. In addition, my receipt was incorrect, as I was charged for different items than I had ordered. I was on a time crunch, and I didn't have time to go back to have it corrected, so I was charged incorrectly for the items I ordered. The coffee was mediocre and the food was subpar. I will be going out of my way to avoid this location in the future, because I have never had these issues at any other...
