I went to pay with a 50 today and was told they refuse service for the large bill. Reading the other comments goes oh this place is horrible with staff and customer service. So i wasted my time to drive up to be told we have a tiny sticker in the window for the drive thru person to point to; but it would make sense to put it at the speaker we refuse service to people willing to pay with 50 an 100. Well i just went somewhere else, wasted their product cause no you have to throw it away, the policy reduces tips for employees cause people paying with larger bills tend to give cash tips to employees. Paying with a 50 in todays economy and prices should be accepted. All you did is refuse service to someone willing to pay with legal tender. Your sticker doesn't absolve your management without common sense. As for the problems you may have its called the cost of doing business you have to break 50's on cheap things to bad. We all do, your competitors were glad to take my money and provide me service. Your google reviews are not an asset of why anyone should do business with Dunkin but a warning to stay away from us spend your money else where. Read moreI’ve been here a few times and had rude interactions. But this particular visit was the worst. I went through the drive thru and ordered a latte that’s a signature flavor but I asked for the regular latte (no whipped cream or toppings) which I have been asked multiple times when I order signature lattes did I want it made the signature way or without the toppings. I was told it doesn’t come that way. I was confused and asked could I not have it without the whipped cream and stuff because I just wanted the flavor. She told me my total and I pulled up to the window just to have her refuse to look at me when handing her my card. She handed me back my card and my straw this way and told me they’re just waiting on my food. She proceeded to close the window and I could her talking about me to her coworkers. She then opens the window and hands me my food again not once looking at me. She almost dropped my food. The whole time I felt incredibly uncomfortable and I felt this was extreme all because I asked for no toppings on my coffee… I’m not coming back to this location. Read moreI went to the drive thru the guy act like he couldnt hear me for 4 mins then a lady gets on the speaker and takes my order, then the guy gets back on and tells me he doesnt have blueberry munchkins which is what I just ordered from the lady. The lady gets back on and says we only have 4 blueberry munchkins I asked what other flavors did you have? She replied we have strawberry with sprinkles regular and powder. I asked her to give me the 4 blueberry munchkins 4 glazed muchkins and 4 strawberry munchkins and and fruit hydration drink. When I got to the window the lady takes my card and charges it gives it back, then the guy gives me a box with 4 blueberry DOUGHNUTS 4 glazed doughnuts and 4 glazed doughnuts with strawberry glaze on top. Needless to say it cost almost 20 dollars for something I didnt order or want the doughnuts were dried out and the strawberry glaze on top of a glazed doughnut is far from the strawberry glaze with sprinkles munchkins she told me they had. The drink was all water with some red color on the bottom. The service was terrible I won't go back to the hollins dunkin...
