The Casher was so welcoming and friendly. My partner and I visited on a Sunday at 1pm and it was pretty empty. The cashier said our take out would take 15-20min. We waited closer to 45 min. Which wasn’t a huge issue since we weren’t in a rush just getting hungrier.
We ordered three tacos (chorizo, lengua, and birria) and a chicken quesadilla. All the proteins were overcooked and dry. The portion size of the protein was very small. And the typical accompaniments like onions and cilantro were barely included. The quesadilla didn’t come with the side if beans. And there was no consume with the birria.
