I recently noticed that not all locations are the same. At Nettles & Warrick, i went twice in a week and the customer service and food was so good. However, at the LaSalle & Pembroke Av. store, the customer service had been lacking the food ( mainly the seasoning on the Original chicken ) was terrible. They recently had remodeling and I've gone back. The food was improved. I asked the young man at the register did the entire kitchen get the make over also and he said, " no, just the seating area and the outside building. My experience leads me to believe that most people are only in their jobs to pay the bills and don't truly care about important aspects of the job i.e. that the floors, tables and seats are not clean. And that most times, " IT'S NOT ONLY WHAT WE SAY SOMETIMES BUT, HOW WE SAY IT ". or that something as small ( but big )as the toilet seat hinges are falling off. I've also noticed that most area staff don't know who their regulars are. And I always seem to go to various locations and is become common place to be out of stock in condiments that really make a difference in rounding out the meal. ย ย ย Read moreOn November 3, 2022, the manager on duty around 6:30 pm was very rude and disrespectful. His inappropriate actions bring discredit to your establishment. First, he ignored me asking how much time was left on the timer for the original chicken and secondly he yelled at me from the back where he was fixing the sides. If that was not enough, he stomped off in a childish manner while continuing to speak disrespectfully when I asked why he yelled at me. Regardless of the excuses that he will provide for his behavior, his actions are unacceptable and demonstrate that he is not in the right line of work. He does not have the managerial skills required to work with the public nor did he set the correct example for his subordinates. Not to mention that all of this took place after I had been waiting 20 or more minutes for the 3 drumsticks for one of the orders. The two orders that I placed took a total of 30 or more minutes. ย ย ย Read moreI ordered 3 piece chicken meal on uber eats. Order was placed around 9:30pm and was delivered at 10:14pm. It was not what I ordered. It was old chicken tenders burnt. KFC told the driver to tell me. They sent what they had ๐ซค I called the location around 10:20 white lady answered. I asked her are your store out of chicken? She responds yes, my cook gets off at 11. I tell her my order was made during the 9:00 hour and your location donโt close until 12. Right now itโs top of the 10:00 hour. But yโall decided to send me something yall was going to throw away. Thatโs very poor customer service. I would never have any of them on shift. Working at my establishment.
