we're gonna need those fries My son and I went here on June 29th, 2022.

I ordered a Chicken Sandwich Combo Meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The guy who took our order appeared new or confused, either way not a big deal. The food was GREAT, however...

I got my food went and sat down, then upon noticing they had given me fries instead of mashed potatoes I went back up to the counter. Politely told them that they had given me fries instead of mashed potatoes. So the guy yelled out "you guys gave him fries instead of mashed potatoes". When nobody said anything he went and started dishing out the potatoes into a bowl by himself. When all of a sudden an older lady pushed him aside and said "that's not how you do it". Then yelled out "how many times do we have to tell you". Then she angrily scoped my potatoes into the bowl lol.

I said thank you and went to sit down. About a second after I sat down, the same lady yelled out "where are his fries?" Then the guy behind the counter shouted to me "we're gonna need those fries back". LOL. WHAT???

It was one of the strangest customer service interactions I've had in a while.

Anyways, very poor way to deal with a customer. I ended up handing over my box of fries, not sure what they did...

This is the worst place ever. No good customer service and I paid for completely the wrong order. Nothing in my bag was mine. Called three times and was hung up on. When I got there the manager did not ask what happened with no concern or interest. While his other coworker smiled and explained and apologized the manager just held his head down and refunded my money without a word said. I thought the other guy was the manager because of his actions. I drove back to this location from Hampton with something that could have been taken care of over the phone if they didn’t keep hanging up on me. I have never seen such terrible customer service. No apologies for something they did wrong or never tried to make it right. Bad business! If companies want to survive please be more cautious of who you hire to run your business. Cause with this I don’t care attitude run businesses down. I left and went to the Taco Bell by the mall where the customer service is excellent. I wish no stars...

This location is so crappy! First of all .. At night if its past 10pm and you got through the drive through the people inside pretend youre not there.... Lol I waited and waited and could see them inside talking and laughing but no service.... Tonight I decided that I'm not going to this store ever again. I ordered 3 burritos and a taco and two empanadas and 2 fries. I had to pull around and wait 10+ mins . then I see and employee come out get into a vehicle that looked like they were smoking drugs in.... And get out and come to my window to say he was going to get my food. He came out handed me my bag and hopped back into the car in the parking lot with his friend waiting on It. There was too much "activity " in the parking lot so I left in a hurry. I started looking in the bag and everything was missing but 3 burritos...
