Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I was donating plasma across the street and knew I would be done in about 30 minutes so I placed an online order. When I got there to pick it up the tracker said it was being boxed or whatever, so I went on in. I stood at the “pizza portal” for a few minutes and decided I wanted to get time of those pizza puffs. After standing at the counter for about 10 minutes, and having to people say “someone will be right with you” a girl came up snd I said I wanted some pizza puffs. She said “what kind” and I told her just whatever they had ready. She said they didn’t have any ready and when I asked how long it would take she said looked around like she was confused, shrugged her shoulders and said “no more than 10 minutes”. I said never mind because my pizza was coming out any second.

ANOTHER 15 minutes later my food comes out and I head home.

I just put it on the counter because I was planning to eat it later.

A couple of hours later, I decided it was pizza time and I opened the box to reveal that my pizza was wrong (I ordered cheese, they gave me pepperoni). I can’t really handle spice these days, but I figured I’d eat it. Walk on the wild side. Then I opened my order of “bbq” wings and took a bite, only to find out they weren’t “bbq” at all…but I guess whatever they had ready spicy wing flavor is called.

I was totally disappointed in my experience and if I DO decide to go back, I’ll definitely check my order before I leave.

BUT, with as long as it took to get my food…if I had noticed the errors and asked to have them fixed I’d probably...

You said it would be the "extra most bestest", but I swear I thought that would be hyperbole. When my buddies and I flipped open the lid, we stood there in shock for like 2 minutes due to the sheer beauty of the thing. I don't think I've ever beheld a carry-out pie of such perfection. Even the staged pizzas on your television adverts paled in comparison to this work of art. It seemed a shame to eat it, yet at the same time its charms were irresistible. Truth be told, none of us were even hungry before we beheld this treasure - we all had dinner before our get together and I simply felt the need to contribute something since the beer had already been spoken for - yet in a flash three quarters of the pie vanished.

I don't really know what magic bewitched the Euclid Avenue store in Bristol, Virginia at 7:45 pm on Saturday, September 18th, but it must have been the benign spirit of a former chef working the store during it's heyday in the 1990's. I dream of the day when I might encounter another Extra Most Bestest so worthy of the title, but I fear its like will never be seen again on this mortal plane. Ever transfixed in my memory will be the looks on the faces of my companions as we beheld pizza perfection, as will be the flavor of pepperoni, sauce and cheesy stuffed crust. My daughter and I were at they gym next door and I left the gym early to order a pizza and wings so it would be ready when we were finished. I ask them to have our food ready in about 20 minutes. It was 7:30 when I placed my order. I went back to pick up our order 30 minutes later only to be told my order was never placed. Then the cashier looked all nervous like she didn't know what to do next. She went and talked with one the of girls in the back and then proceeded to ring my order up. I was paying with my debit card and she put in I paid with cash and the drawer open up like she was suppose to give me cash back. She then shook her head without any explanation to me as to what the heck she was doing or that she was sorry she screwed my order up and never placed it to begin with. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make my order without so much as an explanation or an apology. Finally I had to get back in line after waiting for customers to order and leave. I asked her how much longer was it going to be. She then went to the back and I over heard the guy in the back say it was in the warmer. So she finally found my order and proceeded to charge me again for the same pizza and wings ...I should have got my order free and an explanation as the what the freak just happen ...so unprofessional and last time I will ever enter that...
