Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I enjoy this Starbucks location. The friendliness of the staff. Their manager, goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their experience and they interact with their customers and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and value their employees. I go out of my way across town just to stop in and see them every morning. I would recommend this Starbucks if you’re in the area stop by. Simply walk in - no long line to sit in at the drive through. They remember my name , my mothers name and they know my order as well!!! They never disappoint. They will always have my business which is once a day or even twice some days. If you want a pleasant and fun experience - GO see them and get a special hand crafted drink - My Fav Recommendation would be the Venti Iced Caramel Machiatto with Light ice and extra caramel drizzle - the best hands down - including their refreshers and they also have a nice selection of pastries and other options as well.

All the comments on here about not going to Starbucks to begin with because of the price and then leave it with a 1 star...you all can just go on somewhere. Wow! Terrible customer service! I went here to order 2 iced coffees. They were out but said they could make my drink with espresso. I agreed. Then two workers said they would have to charge me the espresso price which is $2 more per cup. Really?!
