Royal Farms — Local services in Bristol

I ordered chicken & potato wedges tonight and it was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I ordered food there tonight was because my bf told me he had gotten some chicken in the past there that was really good. I was VERY hesitant to order food from there because EVERY time I go in that store it smells disgusting like old cooking oil that's not been changed in months and it's caused the ENTIRE store to smell awful. I even got a cup of ice out of the fountain drink dispenser and the ice even tasted like that awful smell. The floors are coated in the stickiness of something and your shoes stick to the floor while walking. The food tonight was a HUGE disappointment. It tasted horrible and had been sitting on the warmer line for who knows how long cause not only was it disgusting but completely dried out and a complete waste of money almost 30.00. I contacted the customer service department on the website and if they don't do something to resolve this and at least attempt to make it right I'll never go to that store again and I'll also be sure to pass along my opinion to everyone I know. One last thing worth mentioning, in the parking lot not just one person but two came up to my husband asking him very inappropriate things that I won't mention on this public forum but let's just say that it was very, very sketchy and I was glad to be...

Heard good things about the chicken. This is my only experience and last at Royal Farms. Used their RF app to order 2 meals. Cordon Bleu sub and 4 PC. Paid via the app. Got there a d told I was late and order discarded but they would redo order. Waited 15-20 minutes another person asked to help and appeared to start order but then said they did not have the necessary items to make the sub. Told that person to cancel order and refund my payment. He told me to go to cashier. Cashier had to get another manager who thought I was Doordash or something showed them their app showing it was completed and that I wanted a refund. She phones someone and said she did not have the buttons to refund my order and I would have to contact corporate. As I was leaving I was sarcastically told by the cashier to have a blessed day. Came home went to RF website and no phone numbers only able to email my request. Have also contacted my bank to reverse the charge. Have no idea how the chicken is and I never will. You can decide to go to this RF or not. Just telling my first and only experience with Royal Farms. Will update if I get my $29 refund.

Me an my husband were on our way home from work and decided to stop by to get our favorite Java monster, I couldn't believe the price 3.99 each when shell down the road has them for 2.50 each. My son wanted gummy's and I was like what the heck I'm here so why not but they was 3.99 a small bag. Shell has them for 2.49. I'm not for sure about the chicken because the smell of their greasy chicken oil in the air is overwhelming. Got in my car and I could smell the chicken grease on my clothes. I was so excited for them to open but I'm not over paying for the something I can get down the road for a way better price. Yall need to be more competitive. Everyone on here giving them a five star rating, just like yall did with blue circle and the way yall acted with phat daddy's, that big burley owner like he was some awesome great God, his food was terrible and yall was kissing his a$$ and heavens to Betsy blue circle yall kissed their a$$ too and it was horrible food and horrible customer service.
