This woman seen in this picture need to lose her job immediately I placed an online order for my mom and my dad. My dad sick in the hospital and my mom just got out of the hospital and I asked for extra jalapeños, black olives, Banana peppers, and pickles when I reached my hand in the bag, I only felt one container granite. The container was hidden underneath the sandwiches. I did not know that at the time, but I wanted my mother sandwich to be correct so I went back in and asked, can I have the extra that I paid for? I said it nicely and the gentleman there said yeah no problem. Customer is always right and she turns around and says no, they’re not and I asked for her name and she says Peter Pan I said I’m being serious. She says again, Peter Pan. And I said I will be contacting your manager immediately and And she said something else smart Alec while I was walking out the door so I went and told my wife what happened and said that she wouldn’t give me her name so my wife went in and took a picture of her. You can tell in the picture she’s trying to duck the photo and says you can’t be taking pictures of me and my wife turns around and says yes I can. It’s a public place and you have to give your name so I can make a report and you refuse to give me your name so this is the next best step. She chased my wife out The subway cussing her talking about her weight in this sat in the third so I took up for my wife and I left, but she needs to be fired if she does not like her job so much then she needs But at this point, I don’t think she needs to work for subway companies at all Especially the one that I sat there and me and my family Minimum $200 a week getting subs because our families in the hospital and that’s what they like. I called to place an order said I would have to do it on line. I had 2 coupons I could get it to take one but not the other. So I called the store and Casey the lady I talked to told me she would fix it just bring it in . I said ok Thank you. When I went to pay it knocked out the coupon. So when my daughter came to go pick up the subs I gave her the coupons and told her they will fix it when she gets there. But they wouldn't she told her in front of her boss she told me I had to come in and order and use the coupons and that's not what she told me because if she did I would have went somewhere else. I was not feeling well and my daughter agreed to pick it up. I will probably think twice before going there again. Don't lie about what you say. Especially just because I didn't show up . I used the phone app to place an order. Got there on time and the women behind the counter looked at me as if I had grown a second nose when I told them I was there to pick up an app order.

Then one woman went to look for someone else, couldn't find him in the small building. Was told she wasn't 'authorized' to use whatever informs them they have an order from the app.

The other girl told me "Well, at least you don't have to wait", when in fact, I had to wait for them to finished with two customers.

If this location's employee do not know how to read orders from the Subway App, there is no point in this location being set up to receive...
