I am a huge Mangolina fan and I would consider myself an avid customer but unfortunately these last couple of times Iâve come in I come out very disappointed due to the customer service. The most recent time I came in was last Thursday, I came in around 8:02pm and before even going in I am being looked at by both the employees working that night with a very rude, mean face, I still walk in and it takes the girl closer to the register a while to attend me. I shrug off there mean faces and continue to order while ordering I am feeling rushed and I am someone who doesnât like to say anything or think the worst in people but this is now a continues thing where there employees are always being rude and rushing! During my most recent visit, I asked a simple question about the ingredients due to allergy concerns, which I believe is a reasonable and important request. Instead of getting a helpful response, I was met with silence and felt completely ignored by the staff. It was disappointing and honestly felt disrespectful.
Itâs unfortunate because the product itself is fantastic, and itâs clear the business has great potential. My family and I used to drive 50 minutes from another state just to enjoy their mango, but sadly, after this experience, we wonât be returning. I was there Saturday and one of the employees came out from the back and yelled at all employees, telling them they need to keep the place clean because all people do now is take pictures and post them to social media, she also told them to answer back loudly when she talks to them.
