Food Quality (2/5): This restaurant used to be the best Pizza/Italian restaurant in the area. My family would come here at least once a week back in the day, but we stopped coming due to unrelated medical issues in the family. The quality has dramatically crashed in recent times. The pizza here is at or below the quality of Little Caeser's. It's edible, but I prefer any other brand.
Ambiance (3/5): The restaurant is clean and it is neat to watch the workers make the pizza; however, it's dining area is relatively small and non-welcoming. This is the perfect place for takeout.
Service (5/5): The pizza is made fresh and is done quickly. The people there are pleasant. You can order delivery using the Starship robots, which is really neat.
Value for Money (2/5): The food is relatively expensive, which was fine when the quality was higher.
Menu Variety (5/5): If you like all Italian foods, then this place is worth visiting multiple times.
Convenience (5/5): This place is within walking distance to campus classroms and there is parking nearby. It has the best location out of all local pizzerias.
Verdict: Don't come here. It was once truly great and has the potential to recover, but whatever magic they once had in the...
Read moreI used to like the place till i got into an indecent with their shady manager Mahmoud. He's so unprofessional and rude. A while ago I paid for a couple slices of pizza just to find out they were not making more pizza because there were closing early for training new staff. At which point I simply asked for a refund. Mahmoud refused and said: Just come amother time and I will give you anything you want for free, any order. Knowing that I don't go there everyday, I still insisted on a refund. At this point he said: you know what, I will even give you a free drink with an order of your choice, just come another time... so I hesitantly agreed. Needless to say, a couple weeks later i went up to him to redeem his shady offer and he looked at me with a cold face and said i don't remember anything like that. I tried to remind him with the conversation just to get a cold rude reply of: I don't know what you're talking about and he just totally dismissed me.
Now: is this really a behavior of a respectful business manager? Or some shady mafia dealers? I leave that for...
