McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I often visit this McDonald’s location, which is always clean and efficiently run by a team of older adults. They provide faster service than most other McDonald’s, and I am always pleased with the efficiency and the hot food. However, one aspect I abhor is gossip and bad attitude among staff.

During my last visit, I noticed a lady before me who placed her order using the kiosk, grabbed her table number, paid, and sat down. While I was still deciding on what to eat, the cashier approached her and said, “Your order is ready; why did you sit back down?” The lady apologized, explaining she didn’t realize her order was ready so quickly. As I observed, the cashier then complained to her coworker about the lady sitting down after placing her order.

From what I understand, the table numbers are intended for staff to bring food to customers seated at those tables. The customer should not be criticized for following the procedure. This display of a bad attitude from the cashier was disappointing.

After witnessing this, I only ordered a tea and sat with my PC until I was ready to go home for bed. Despite the efficiency and cleanliness, the negative attitude of some staff members...

Terrible experience, but food good even with hot foods cooling acne frappe melting. I had to give my order twice, which isn't surprising because the young woman was attempting to take orders and give change at the same time and very confused. I was only 3 cars from the pay window but had to wait about 10 minutes or more to each that point. Then she had to get sometime to go get change for my $20. I should have just paid with my card at this point but they had my $20. She left the window to help fill orders inside, while it took about 7 minutes for someone to go find change for me. He came back with $5 bills. She asked me to just take $7 because they didn't have the extra $2 and change to give back. I was so frustrated and tired of holding people up, who were behind me, so I took the $7 and thought later I should have taken the $7 plus one of the $5's she had received and given her back $3 . Or, I could have used a card. I think I was in shock to have someone ask me to take less change. I wonder what she would do the rest of the night if people wanted change. This was about 5 p.m. on...

This was a worst McDonald's I have ever been in my entire life that was Grease on the floor in front of the slush machine or coffee machine french fries on the floor paper on the floor of the bathroom was dirty that was one of the gentleman that was the older black gentleman that walked in the bathroom and left on the bathroom without washing his hands and grab the tea and place it up on the canister house in the lobby the general manager is on vacation because I asked where she was this was a deplorable McDonald's that was on red off of Laburnum over in Henrico County the order that I had was not the right one I came back to return the items and a nice manager named Chris and older Caucasian lady helped me I was just so please she made my experience a lot better because I ordered double hamburgers when I got the sandwiches back to my children they only had single burgers on the sandwich I was absolutely appalled that particular restaurant needs to be looked after by the general manager and the rest of the staff because everyone was unorganized it was not the...
