I was on the drive-thru and when I pulled up, the lady on the window decided to give me the bag (not even reaching out) without looking at me and quickly let go of the bag. I am pregnant and I tried my hardest to reach out and bag fell right outside my door. I don’t mind at all if the bag fell or food was ruined and they just replaced it or something maybe even a tiniest bit of courtesy there but NO. The african american lady on the drive thru window said loudly “OH NO YOU DIDN’T” (2x). And I said “Excuse me?”. And she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Oh it’s probably still good, just grab it”. I proceeded to open my door and check on the floor. No food was on the floor and we just came out the hospital at that time… honestly, we are both starving and just ready to go home. I should have addressed this situation right then and there but I am very pregnant exhausted. She should be thankful because if I was not on that situation - she would have learn that moment how to respect people and their food.
I used to be a staff manager in Texas Mcds and THIS STAFF BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. Never have a handled such a rude comment. We usually say “sorry and proceed to provide another new order”. Whether you are a fast food or not, the “QUALITY of service” should always be a priority no matter what. I am writing this review because I believe nobody deserved this kind of treatment and that staff like that should definitely be addressed by management. Me and my mother in law was speechless at how rude and nonchalant she was. I hope next time that you see yourself on such a situation - advocate for yourself IMMEDIATELY. Do not ever let anyone treat you any differently. And I hope that person gets to learn how to treat...
Read moreHad two different orders and had coupons total of meals was $9.71 I gave the cashier a $50.00 dollar bill. She asked me if I wanted to pay for both orders and I said I did. Took her about 3:00 minutes to give change as she kept opening closing drawer. She handed me the change and something in my mind told me to check my money so I did and discover I was not given the correct change I should had gotten $40.29 back and she had given me back $34. dollars and some change had it only been a dollar or two short i would had dismissed this with just informing the manager that the cashier was inadequate at counting money. I believe it to be a manager who informed me with a nasty attitude that the cashier is an accountant...she will never account anything for me especially if she cant count correct change from 50.00 ... just wow...I informed the server at the second window of the incident, I was given the food and he said he was informing his manager of the incident and he promptly did. Meanwhile i am waiting for over 20 minutes and of course the food is cold no one offered to replace the food with fresh food but gave attitude like it was my fault that their cashier shorted me for over 5.00 dollars. I ended up giving my food back and asked for my 50.00 dollar bill back. The line was backed up behind me and the workers seemed reluctant to give the managers names which I found to be Kenny and Selena. Read moreI just left those location and I treated poorly by the employee. I ordered in the drive thru and when I went to pay I was told I needed to go inside because the machine did not work at the window. Why she she couldn't re-ring it on the inside register without me going in is beyond me but that OK. When I went inside a nice older woman attempted to help me when I supervisor came walking by on her personal cell phone and looked annoyed she had to pause her conversation in order to help her ring the order again. I told the cashier again what my order was when a rude employee decided interceded and in the process was shouting at her co workers who were calling out the order. The total balance reflected a higher amount than what was told to me in the drive thru so I stated it. She snapped at me and said you need to wait until I am done. I told her I was reading what the screen reflected on my end. She then wad very short in her words and said well you have to wait. I said OK I didn't know. She then said well now you know. I said are we going to go back and forth all night. Because I have children and I am useful to that. I also told her she has poor customer service. She proceeded to say she is Not customer service and is not required to have it but the cashier is. The co workers laughed. I told her she works with the public and she in customer service.
