Worst, funny, disappointing, upsetting, and sad!
Worst: slow service, the cashiers ignores you, they do not listen, the people peeping the food do not we are gloves, I saw a couple touching their faces, the people peeping the drinks, don't wear gloves, are talking on top of your drink, the mix drinks with other consumers, the are chitchating and ignoring they are there working and that customers are waiting for their products to be served.
Funny: they have no idea what are they doing, they have no idea what do you want, they get your order wrong, then the manager jumps in a tries to save the day, but ends up mixing things more and giving you an even worst experience.
Disappointing: my latest disappointment, I order only a Vanilla Iced coffee cause I already had many previous disappointments with the food, they took forever to take my order, then when they finally got to take my order at the cashier, they took like 25 minutes to serve me an Iced coffee, few minutes would not been that bad, but 25? When they had 5 at the front not really doing anything with only 3 different order at front and no people placing any more orders? One simple Ice coffee, well, it gets funny, once they give me my coffee, the coffe taste, such a pathetic try of a drink, there was no coffee in it, barely some sugar, possible milk or creamer -lots and lots of it-, it was like drinking the left over melted iced from your iced coffee after leaving it out in the sun the whole day and then coming back and drinking that leftover water mixed with the residue of coffee you left not drank.
I requested to make me another one, they all got confused so the manager stepped in and try to make it for me this time, she did it fast, but the taste was worst, like if she mixed ice with the creamers, water, and just sprinkle it with some vanilla syrup.
I didn't bother to ask for my money back, I knew at this point that none of them know what are they doing, it is corporate that aren't truly training them the right way, supervising them, nor providing the classes to make them understand what is customer service all about it.
At this point leaving behind that place I did not knew if to laugh about it or be more upset about it, obviously most people will be upset about it, but in the end you know that if the manager is making something worst than the employee, you should not come back and purchase no more from them, instead advise people to realized how bad this place.
Sad, that possible no one is going to do anything about it, yet, all the people working at that store might end up loosing their jobs, and consumers are getting what they paid for, crap service, crap food, crap brand, unhealthy food, no sanitation,...
Read moreWent for breakfast service today 08/14/25 at 10:15. There was a line and yes they were busy. I got assisted and paid at 10:19. I ordered 2 sandwiches: a steak, egg and cheese bagel, a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, and an iced coffee with sugar, cream and caramel. I got up to the window and the guy asked if I was Elaine to which I said no. Something should have told me they were going to get my order wrong but I shrugged it off. He said Monique? (With a big question mark like oh gosh im getting people mixed up. He took Elaine's receipt and put it on the side)I said yes. Paid for my items got a receipt #1324 (always get a receipt). The polite young lady who is there almost every time im there gave me the coffee. Next she folded the bag and handed it to me. Great customer service every time I interact with her. I open the bag and see napkins and 2 sandwiches. I get home all ready to eat the bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It's been a long time since I've had bacon. Boy was I disappointed. I unwrap the sandwich to find no bacon. Usually it's hanging out so you have an extra treat before you bite in. No Bacon! Just a egg and cheese bagel. Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's ever. I wonder if the owners even check reviews here. Something has got to be done about the terrible staff and the awful quality of the food. If you ask for hot fries and fresh hot nuggets you are almost guaranteed to get cold fries and hard crappy nuggets. Service is slow as molasses and comprehension level is not good. Some one once told me if you are going to work at McDonald's you had better be the best fry, nuggets and hamburger cook ever. These people are by far the worst. Customer service is crappy here.
