There was one car in front and one car behind me. When I got to the window the guy asked me if I had a certain order. It was the completely wrong one. He then struggled to find the order that he himself had just taken a minute prior. But he was super nice. The older lady who I'm guessing was the supervisor was incredibly rude. She basically pushed him out of the way and asked what I had. Every time I started to say what I ordered she would cut me off with an attitude as if I was being a bother. She then very rudely asked for my card. Aggressively told me the price as if I had done something wrong and stormed off. I could see the embarrassment in the kids faces. The young girl and boy were super nice and were doing the best that they could. The lady was so rude to them and me that I almost spoke up. She should not be working there if she is going to have a terrible attitude like that. I didn't even get a receipt. I could just hear her yell at the girl to take the card back to me. It was really awkward sitting there. I was very excited that checkers was coming down the road from me but if this woman is going to work there then I'm never coming back. I read very similar reviews online and thought "it can't be that bad". This is the first time in my life iv filed a complaint and that says a lot about what happened.
Update: Tried going back and the same lady was there. Again was very rude and slammed the window shut after I told her thanks and to have a great night. She acts like she doesn't want to be there and that the customers are annoying her. Was hoping things would be better a second time, but I guess this is what it will be...

The line was really long (I waited around 20 minutes in the drive-thru), and I constantly had to repeat my order. After several minutes of clarification, the worker confirmed the order to me. I have allergies to sauce, so it's important that the sauce was taken off and marinated items (the pickles) were removed, and the worker repeated that my order would not contain that.
I was instructed to pull up to the other side, where a worker would manually walk over and deliver my food. I sat there for a while, and they gave me my food, however, my meal didn't have fries. I had to walk over and stand out in the cold, and I wasn't the only one who they got the order wrong with, so I had to stand in line.
After getting back, I discovered that they only actually got my drink right. Despite clarification on this, my burger had sauce and pickles on it, with none of the lettuce I asked for. I pretty much only had cold fries to eat.
Also, they wrapped the burger around the wrong way, which like, isn't a huge deal, but in general this place is really disorganized. I would definitely go to a nearby fast food place or drive a few extra minutes for...
Read moreOne of the worst takeouts I’ve ever had. Got there around 1045pm. We ordered a cheese champ and buffalo wing meals, Buford bites, and an apple pie. We had to wait 10 mins for the wings which we were ok with. When we go the order (we honestly should’ve checked before we left, so that’s partially our fault) the fries were stale and/or double fried. The wings had no sauce on them! They were just plain fried wings and didn’t get the apple pie. The burger was also just thrown together, I have no idea how they wrapped it that way. For having to wait that amount of time, one would expect the order to be correct. So irritating when you’re hungry and they’re limited places to eat at that time, only to find that you’re given barely edible food and items are missing. Since we live over 20 mins from this location, we couldn’t get the order corrected. This is a newer location too. We will not be coming back here, waste of money and robbery. Go to McDonald’s down the street instead if you’re looking for something to eat late, they get the order right at least and they don’t...
